I Trained Cold Exposure for a Week & The Results Were Unexpected

  • In this video I'm training to endure the cold by practising the polar plunges. I'm giving a few tips on the way for people who have never tried this kind of stuff out and some pros and cons I've noticed.

    Great job! I agree fully, the trick is in the breathing! I remember the first time I did this, the body hurt all over, feeling like thousands of nails penetrating my skin. But now I don't feel that at all anymore, and can fully enjoy the rush it gives! 😍

    Manually augering those holes is a lot of work! Cutting the silence when it's only a second is jarring, like it really messes with my immersion in the video. Wish I had a pool like that where I am from.

    Why is the water black

      It's a pretty lush lake, so the water is a bit dark. Also because the snow is so bright I have to expose the video so that I'm correctly exposed, making the water even darker on the video.
