Alice H supposedly a Peter pan got fired because fans found out his real name. So I'm not sure if it happens to other characters.
I just doubled checked. The Peter pan did get fired because fans found out their real name. people found out his real name and called him that at the park, therefore taking him out of character and ruining the magic for the younger kids.
