- Wind speeds at Portland International Airport in Portland, Oregon were gusting up past 60mph on December 9th, 2016. I shot some video of some very skilled pilots landing in some very strong cross-winds! Also, check out the cool shots of the fighter jets taking off, and the 747 cargo jet fighting that headwind!
