It was 43 yrs ago when I first heard Tejano music when I was stationed in Germany. My awesome fellow Tejano camaradas introduced this blessed music to me! I had never heard it growing up because I grew up in Cali, ah, but I was born in El Paso Texas and so it was in my DNA! The rest was history....

I grew up hanging around with my older brother and his friends so this was the good music I grew up with.

I grew up in houston,born in San benito tx. So I grew up with Texans days I got to to a few dances at LA Vi.llita in San Benito, but danced to Augustin Ramirez, little joe, sunny ozuna,Carlos guzman,N Ruben Ramos, Love Love my Tejano music.
