I always felt like Jerry Nelson was the strongest singer out of the original Muppeteers.

I remember when he acted as Mr. Johnson on the hit PBS show, Sesame Street, as well as The Count, Herry Monster and even the first voice of Snuffy from Sesame Street.

To think female recording artists like Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Toni Braxton, Aaliyah, Ashanti and many others from The Late 80's until 2012 could've performed a lot of really cool duets with Jerry Nelson and work with The Muppets more often instead of letting Disney get into their heads.

Anyone else wished they did their own Jerry Nelson cover medley when he died now? Not only does this medley have so many great songs of his, but there are so many great songs sung by him NOT in here (Guess they didn't want to do too many songs used in Jim's memorial, like Wembling Fool, It's in Every One of Us, or When the River Meets the Sea?)!

I was looking at the Muppet Central forum today and someone who was at this event (Squigiman) said in the thread about it that there was this clip (possibly during the Fraggle montage) of Gobo on Doc's floor wearing something all-white that looked like this weird Fraggle underwear. They also said that it appeared to be from one of the last episodes, possibly an outtake or alternate cut. Do you remember this?

Were there clips of Jerry's Sesame and Fraggle characters in this? I know there were seperate montages of Sesame & Fraggles but did they include their singing moments or was this it?

No clue. I would've loved for Telephone Rock to be included! Or La-Ba-Da! Or Batty Bat! Or Fuzzy and Blue! Or Wembling Fool!

So I know this is a three year old comment but that is from the Muppet show and the muppets are Jim and Jerry’s faces upside down
