He lost his loved ones and he's done bad things for good things. So he's just sitting there realizing he will never see them again.

Light is just a distraction from Darkness because the Universe is already dark,
Relaxing music and especially meditation music only works with no interruptions, so having adverts defeats the whole point, which is such a shame as it's a nice piece, but it will not be of any use for what you state it's good for so it's 👎👎👎
