Exactly. The LVPD knew about Keefe D days after the shooting. The LVPD originally didn’t want to solve this case because in 1996 Vegas was going through a rebranding and they wanted it to be a “family friendly “ place and when there’s a killing of the biggest hip hop artist in the world on the Vegas Strip it’s really bad for business. They knew about Keefe’s proffer agreement and they also knew when Keefe was doing books and interviews about it in 2018. Why did it take 5 years after Keefe self incriminated himself to arrest him?

Correction, Detective Kading did all the work and recorded Keefe D confession in a proffer agreement which was the bases for the Documentary Murder Rap. Everything after has been known and recited.

This case is not just now being “cracked wide open” as the news reporter states. Keefe D gave details about that night, explaining he gave the gun to someone in the backseat and Orlando did the shooting. These are Keefe D’s own words. He was given a proffer so no charges were brought against him. But a proffer is not immunity and only protects you at the time you’re giving a statement to police. Keefe D screwed up by giving public interviews and writing a book afterwards that explained his involvement in 2Pac’s murder. None of this is new evidence.
Not true rapper Kadafi the only eye witness said the shots came from the driver side of the window. His statements on CZcams go read it.

Kadafi was asked if it was the driver shootin and he states, “either the driver or someone shootin from the back out the front window”
