Kufr is a verb which literally means to deny, i.e. to refuse or not to believe, and a kafir means the doer, i.e. the one who does Kufr, i.e. the one who denies or does not believe in something. This is its only meaning.
कुफ्र एक क्रिया है जिसका शाब्दिक अर्थ है इंकार करना यानि मना कर देना या न मानना, और काफिर करता को कहते हैं यानी कुफ्र करने वाला यानी किसी बात का इन्कार करने वाला या न मानना। बस इतना ही मतलब है इसका।
