Yeah, I guess I've confused wiki for SA and V. But still, as it was mentioned before - when you hear the lock-on beep, try doing some loops. barrel rolls can also do the trick, some times I even managed to evade rockets by going into knife flight

I was in way back in spring of 82-88. I was never in actual combat myself. But boot camp & the Marines itself is no picnic & not for everyone. Most guys who make the grade are not always the rambo types. But the guys who can work as team players & also take charge. So if your Sgt etc gets hurt or killed. You gotta be able to keep going.Just never give up Good luck to you! It's also about using common sense & not just being John Wayne or Rambo.
