for anyone coming back to remnant with remnant 2 being announced - find the amulet and turn it into a key > put on blink mod > place your back against the interact of the gate and walk back into the closed gate.. then blink forward while spamming interact (you know its correct when the blue marker on floor doesnt appear when holding down the blink mod.. and its teleporting you in place), it will open the gate without using a key > repeat till all rooms are open except last one > refresh blink mod at the stone whenever needed > use your 1 key on last door to get trait - no save backups or logging out needed and can be done on every run you find fetid pools to open every gate and get all the rewards! enjoy
It took me 3 days and around 20 hours to finally understand what are you guys doing. Thank you. Still works, , the back to game and back the game got me confused a lot.

Allez au niveau du second cristal, près des portes, et quitter le jeu Copier vos sauvegardes "Monde" et "Personnage" sur clé, dans le cloud, ou vous voulez Relancer le jeu et prenez l'amulette, puis quitter le jeu Récupérer la sauvegarde "Monde" (celle qui est sur clé ou dans le cloud) et écraser celle actuelle (attention pas celle du personnage) Lancer le jeu, l'amulette sera encore présente vu que vous avez écrasé la sauvegarde "Monde" (l'ancienne) et vous avez également l'amulette dans votre inventaire Il faut transformer l'amulette en "Clé nettoyée à l'acide" au niveau de la zone centrale (dans les bassins de poison) et allez ouvrir une porte Quitter le jeu et copier vos sauvegardes "Monde" et "Personnage" sur clé, dans le cloud etc. Répéter les étapes à partir de la récupération de l'amulette, jusqu'à l'ouverture des portes qui vous intéressent (attention ne prenez aucun objet à l'intérieur des portes pour l'instant) Une fois les portes ouvertes (ne prenez rien), copier vos sauvegardes "Monde" et "Personnage" sur clé etc. Lancer le jeu et prenez les 25 fragments lumineux (ou tout ce que vous voulez) Attention parfois, il y a un bug, si vous quittez le jeu trop rapidement, pour éviter ce problème, retourner au secteur 13, toucher le cristal, puis quitter le jeu Ensuite récupérer votre sauvegarde "Monde", celle sur votre clé, ou dans le cloud etc. et écraser celle actuelle (attention pas celle du personnage) Relancer le jeu, et reprenez les 25 fragments lumineux, répéter cette étape, autant de fois que vous le souhaitez En environ 1h, si on ne compte pas le temps de préparation, vous pouvez obtenir 400 fragments lumineux

Still working fine in ps4 👌🤙 1 - Find the amulet, go to checkpoint next the doors and go back to main menu. 2 - Close the game, copy the save datas Characters and World to a pendrive or cloud. 3 - Back to the game and go to the last checkpoint. Pick up the amulet and equip it, crouch in the pool until get 1 key. 4 - Go to main menu again and close the game. Go to saves in the pendrive or cloud and copy back to the ps4 only the World save. 5 - Go back to the last checkpoint, pickup the amulet and equip it again and make another key in the pool. 6 - Repeat the step 3 and 4 until you get all keys you need. 7 - After opening the doors, go back to the main menu and close the game and repeat the step 2. 8 - Now is the happy part, just go back to the last checkpoint, pick up all items, go to main menu, close the game, go to the pendrive or cloud and restore only the world. 9 - Just repeat the step 8 and be happy.
I bet this would work on the tower with the sigil for the labyrinth armor on the 3rd time just keep reloading the world save for the 25 glowing fragments
So I tested it you can farm it but it keeps your tower progress & when its full & u restore your backup save it resets the tower completely but that is good for people who need the labrinyth armor they can get it with one tower instead of 3
There's no way this takes an hour. It took me 1 hour just to find the Fetid Pools. 1 hour to set up and open all the doors. Another 2 hours to loot up to 400 Glowing Fragments. Every time you have to go to the check point, teleport back to Ward 13 just to make sure it saves, exit the game, download/upload the save file, load the game back up, and finally teleport back to the checkpoint takes about 5 minutes. To get 400 fragments when only getting 25 fragments each time means you need to load the world save 16 times. That's already 90 minutes. So realistically its more like 4 hours.
And if you do this early game you can almost completely bypass the random grind but not the challenge which is great and just enjoy a different game with many secrets without the rpg element this is amazing
for PC PLAYERS just copy all the SAVE.bak , sav but DONT COPY the PROFILE .bak , onl , sav. The CHARACTER IS PROFILE.bak , onl , sav and the WORLD IS SAVE.bak , sav
I’m stuck. Every time I unlock the door then quit the game and then back up saves when I retune to the game the door is still locked but I still have the key. I’m on PS4. Any help is much appreciated
Like I said, sometimes there's a bug, return to sector 13, and touch the crystal, then quit your game, normally, when you return the door should be unlocked
Still working today sept/2023 and I believe it will gonna work forever due to its save game structure. If they combine world and character in one save game file well we’re screwed but so far still works

Once you are at 6:34 where the amulet is in the world and your inventory. There's a way to skip some steps. Current procedure: Start game, turn amulet in inventory into key, open door, quit game, back up world file, start game, grab amulet, quit game, overwrite saved world file, then repeat. Instead you can do this: Start game, turn amulet in inventory into key, open door, quit game, use saved CHARACTER file and overwrite new one so that your character has the amulet again, then repeat. This way you don't have to keep fetching the amulet, and saves you a step of restarting the game.
i think the dev fixed this with the new patch, I tried it, after I open the 1st door, I redo and took the amulet, the 2nd amulet no longer changes it to that key when I dipped inside the fetid pool. Too bad i cant farm it this way now
Salut, oui ça fonctionne encore sur PS4, en fait normalement, il ne devrait plus avoir de mise à jour sur le jeu, donc ça devrait continuer de fonctionner encore très longtemps, et oui tu peux récups des simulacres à volontés, faudra juste que tu fasses la manip autant de fois qu'il y a de portes pour accéder aux simulacres
So i managed to open one gate but then i wanted to open the other ones. But the instructions are not that clear. After using the first acid cleaned key what am I supposed to do if I want to make more acid keys? From which point does the process have to be repeated?
After you use your first key, save your world. Now when you load your game, 1 door is open and theirs 1 Amulet still ready to be picked up. Pick up the amulet, close app and load up your WORLD file. That puts an amulet in your inventory and reloads the amulet in the dungeon. Now open your second door And repeat
No problem, you have to reroll your campaign or your adventure, then, go on Corsus, you have to find the "Fetid Pools", find the amulet, but do not pick it up (you already have it), turn your amulet into a "Acid Cleaned Key" and open the first door near the second checkpoint, quit your game, then follow my tuto from "Backup your saves files "world" and "character"" (this the 4th line)
@@Kephket yeah actually I screwed up it was in the second cage area that you need 2 keys to access. This is so confusing. I noticed when I just tried it the 1st door didn’t stay open but I followed your steps exactly
Hopefully you have the world file saved previously. Then you can load the world file to get the amulet back. Or just backup your character file, keep opening doors, and keep loading the character file till all doors are open.
If you are on PS4 check my pin message, there's a tutorial, if you are on PC or Xbox, look in the settings there must be a directory where the backups are saved, but I can't confirm sorry
No matter where I go the amulet doesn't spawn, my dungeon is different from yours. All the doors are still locked so I've never used it, nor do I have it in my inventory.
Remnant is based on a randomly generated dungeons, so the amulet spawn but only in the dungeon named "Fetid Pools", it's very important, if you're in another dungeon, the amulet doesn't spawn, and the amulet will be in the different locations depending on your dungeon
@@Kephket I figured it out, I had to reset the world because it didn't spawn and I couldn't leave the dungeon nor teleport out, my game was just broken I think. I got it afterwards so thanks for that, let me buy all the skins for the trophy.
Easier dude. Once yoou get the dungeon with the amulet just do checkpoint. Now close the game and copy the data of the character and world in the usb.when u open the first door just do checkpoint and close the game . Then copy the data of the character only because u still have a key in that character, open the next door because the first one is suppose to be open already. Do check point and copy of the world in the usb again, if u want make a copy of the character too just in case (i did it lol ). Next step is the easistes one, just grab the fragments and do checkpoint. Close the game copy the game in the console with thw doors open that u have in the usb and get the feagments again and repeat that step how many times u want. I did it yesterday and got like 600. Is kind of boring but u get something
Dans les commentaires, il semblerait que sur PC ça fonctionne aussi, tu as 2 sauvegardes, avec des noms différents de la PS4/PS5 et qqun à indiqué ceci : "save is world and profile is character", sur Xbox, j'ai pas eu de retour, je connais pas les noms des sauvegardes et si c'est possible, mais je pense que ça fonctionne de la même manière que sur le PC, ça doit donc être possible
is not easier backup just ur character once u open a door. in the overwrite u must have another key because the door is going to be saved in the world. i think lol

Get the key, save it. Now open the door and do the backup of the character and u r suppose to still have the key because u havent use it yet lol. I did it yesterday and i got 3 keys idk how lol

It does. I did it today. I was sceptical about messing with save files (have had issues previously), but to my surprise, this is a genuine working guide! Just make sure you follow the steps EXACTLY. One mistake means a potential entire reroll of corsus.

Ducoup je comprend pas j’ai fait exactement comme toi et au moment de récupérer le collier j’ai quitter pareil direct au menu j’ai relancer et il n’es pas revenu je comprend pas la manip de sauvegarde dont tu parle c’est un peu flou
Thanks! Trick still works, and @ohboiipedersen3010 's trick with the blink mod also works like a charm. Now i dont have to unnecessarily grind survival mode for 50/50 achievements so i can start remnant 2 OTL

@@Kephket You seem to not understand. I'm pretty sure he or she picked up the amulet quit the game came back and turned it into a key. When they went back to the original spot the amulet was not there.

To get 400 fragments when only getting 25 fragments each time means you need to load the world save 16 times. That's already 90 minutes. So realistically its more like 4 hours.

High-pitched French voices should have been a regular option in the game.
And if you do this early game you can almost completely bypass the random grind but not the challenge which is great and just enjoy a different game with many secrets without the rpg element this is amazing

You have to back up your characters by usb drive. This feature is built in the ps4 where you can backup you savedata in the cloud or by usb.
for PC PLAYERS just copy all the SAVE.bak , sav but DONT COPY the PROFILE .bak , onl , sav. The CHARACTER IS PROFILE.bak , onl , sav and the WORLD IS SAVE.bak , sav

I’m stuck. Every time I unlock the door then quit the game and then back up saves when I retune to the game the door is still locked but I still have the key. I’m on PS4. Any help is much appreciated
Like I said, sometimes there's a bug, return to sector 13, and touch the crystal, then quit your game, normally, when you return the door should be unlocked

Once you are at 6:34 where the amulet is in the world and your inventory. There's a way to skip some steps.
Current procedure: Start game, turn amulet in inventory into key, open door, quit game, back up world file, start game, grab amulet, quit game, overwrite saved world file, then repeat.
Instead you can do this: Start game, turn amulet in inventory into key, open door, quit game, use saved CHARACTER file and overwrite new one so that your character has the amulet again, then repeat.
This way you don't have to keep fetching the amulet, and saves you a step of restarting the game.
i think the dev fixed this with the new patch, I tried it, after I open the 1st door, I redo and took the amulet, the 2nd amulet no longer changes it to that key when I dipped inside the fetid pool. Too bad i cant farm it this way now

Salut, oui ça fonctionne encore sur PS4, en fait normalement, il ne devrait plus avoir de mise à jour sur le jeu, donc ça devrait continuer de fonctionner encore très longtemps, et oui tu peux récups des simulacres à volontés, faudra juste que tu fasses la manip autant de fois qu'il y a de portes pour accéder aux simulacres

After you use your first key, save your world. Now when you load your game, 1 door is open and theirs 1 Amulet still ready to be picked up. Pick up the amulet, close app and load up your WORLD file. That puts an amulet in your inventory and reloads the amulet in the dungeon. Now open your second door And repeat

The doors are in the world save. You need to reload the character save to get the amulet back and open more doors.
What if I have the amulet already?
No problem, you have to reroll your campaign or your adventure, then, go on Corsus, you have to find the "Fetid Pools", find the amulet, but do not pick it up (you already have it), turn your amulet into a "Acid Cleaned Key" and open the first door near the second checkpoint, quit your game, then follow my tuto from "Backup your saves files "world" and "character"" (this the 4th line)

Hopefully you have the world file saved previously. Then you can load the world file to get the amulet back. Or just backup your character file, keep opening doors, and keep loading the character file till all doors are open.
How can I backup world save or both?
If you are on PS4 check my pin message, there's a tutorial, if you are on PC or Xbox, look in the settings there must be a directory where the backups are saved, but I can't confirm sorry

Sadly Glowing Fragments cannot be sold.
No matter where I go the amulet doesn't spawn, my dungeon is different from yours.
All the doors are still locked so I've never used it, nor do I have it in my inventory.
Remnant is based on a randomly generated dungeons, so the amulet spawn but only in the dungeon named "Fetid Pools", it's very important, if you're in another dungeon, the amulet doesn't spawn, and the amulet will be in the different locations depending on your dungeon
That is true thebsamenthing happened to me yesterday and i had to re roll the world again because of the stupid amulet lol
@@Kephket I figured it out, I had to reset the world because it didn't spawn and I couldn't leave the dungeon nor teleport out, my game was just broken I think.
I got it afterwards so thanks for that, let me buy all the skins for the trophy.

Easier dude. Once yoou get the dungeon with the amulet just do checkpoint. Now close the game and copy the data of the character and world in the usb.when u open the first door just do checkpoint and close the game . Then copy the data of the character only because u still have a key in that character, open the next door because the first one is suppose to be open already. Do check point and copy of the world in the usb again, if u want make a copy of the character too just in case (i did it lol ). Next step is the easistes one, just grab the fragments and do checkpoint. Close the game copy the game in the console with thw doors open that u have in the usb and get the feagments again and repeat that step how many times u want. I did it yesterday and got like 600. Is kind of boring but u get something

Dans les commentaires, il semblerait que sur PC ça fonctionne aussi, tu as 2 sauvegardes, avec des noms différents de la PS4/PS5 et qqun à indiqué ceci : "save is world and profile is character", sur Xbox, j'ai pas eu de retour, je connais pas les noms des sauvegardes et si c'est possible, mais je pense que ça fonctionne de la même manière que sur le PC, ça doit donc être possible

1st, you have PSN+, then go to "Saved Data in System Storage" (without the icon of PSN+) , then "Upload to Online Storage", find "Remnant", select your file "Character" and "World", then "Upload" --> You're here : "Backup your saves files "world" and "character"", to do the reverse, go to "Saved Data in System Storage", but this time, with the PSN+ icon, then "Download to System Storage", find "Remnant", select your file "World", then "Upload" --> You're here : "So copy back your backupped "world" save and overwrite the newer one (not the character save)"

It was a week ago there was no update or patch and the developer's have stopped supporting the game so I don't think it will get patched
It does. I did it today. I was sceptical about messing with save files (have had issues previously), but to my surprise, this is a genuine working guide!
Just make sure you follow the steps EXACTLY. One mistake means a potential entire reroll of corsus.
Would also like to add, I did this on Adventure in Hard mode. (In case you're wondering what mode to select)
