very good. But you can use Acetone or Nail polish remover to wipe off the toner from the pcb instead. this will not thin out the copper traces.

Didn't you need to know core characteristics? I mean , how did you know how many turns to need to on primary side . The other thing is ,I did not see any auxiliary winding or optocoupler, don't you have feedback loop?

Hi. If I want to make 24v. 20A SMPS do I need to modify only transformer windings or some other parts as well. How many turns of what no magnetic wire do i need if transformer modification is needed. Thanks

Check the software for calculate the turns of transformer when use ir2153 on google. I don"t remember the name of software

Is there an explanation for as increasing frequency would give more power for a switching mode power supply ?
If the frequency is higher you will make more variation of the magnetic flux in one second, look at the Faraday’s law and the way power transformers are designed you will understand ;)

12v x 10A so its 120 watt supply .... and if im not mistaken most amplifiers work on low amperage i don't know what you want this for but you can look on your product chip how much amperage its pulling every product have its requirements im sure that you wanna run some texas instrutments amplifier which most work from 500mAh to 2A this one is not for amps and its not a game im not sure for your electronic skills on transformers even a small transformer can do alot when its not made right its not worth the time or your safety even the 120w is not that small current it will slowly convert your lectricity into bills better hook up some walmart thing 24v max 2A to a 50-100w amplifier depend on the chip req some can run even on 12v !!!

The 15k resistor from pin no 2 of the IC whether it is ground or connect to the IC's pin no 3 ? In pcb layout it is on pin no 3 and in circuit diagram it is grounded.plz reply.

I don't see voltage feedback in your design. Does it have short circuit protection ?
No feeback. Only fuse for short circuit protection
