You mentioned that you had your medical before going through Phase 1, Did you show any form from POEA that you need to show to the hospital/clinic in order to proceed with the medical.
Wala po. Pero meron po yan talagang medical endorsement si POEA after phase 1. Para mapadali po yung process and di ko na po aantayin, nagpamedical na po ako. Just make sure na yung clinic ay DOH/POEA approved and for OFWs po talaga. Sinabi ko lang sa clinic na landbased direct hire po ako. Eto po yung listahan www.poea.gov.ph/clinic/dohclinics.html

Hello. For the NOTARIZED STATEMENT, there's really no format. Pwde nga naka bullet lang yung items. You just need to include:
1. Declaration of name, age, address in ph, passport details, etc
2. Declare that you were verified by the embassy of Philippines abroad
3. Narrate on how you obtained the job abroad (ex. jobstreet, company website, referral, etc.)
4. Identify the company and address
5. declare that your employer already hired you and applied/sponsored your work visa
6. job description
7. declare that you have submitted scanned documents to the employer proving your eligibility of the job vacancy and stating that the copies you have are original (ex. TOR, Diploma, PRC, etc)
For the structure of the letter, you may google some samples too. Encode and print the document. You may go to any attorney's office for the notarization. Hope this helps.

Hello. Pwde na po kumuha ng insurance early. Pero they only need you to submit the documents in Phase 2. See checklist: www.poea.gov.ph/services/workers/Professional_Checklist.pdf
hi, do you happen to know if all the documents your employer submitted to POLO--SG were returned (like authenticated company profile etc?) since this will be needed in phase 2? Also, need ba na wet signature mo ung contract na isa submit sa POLO or dito mo na sinign ung contract after maverify nila. Thanks!

@@dansihay hi! Update lang po. Dahil healthcare worker ako, na consume na ang quota ng oec for outbound nurses abroad. Saklap. May IPA na ko, at snb approval. Dito sa pinas ang harang. Yung hospital na nag offer na ipasok ako thru agency. Mukhang matatagalan ang alis. Anyway, salamat sa video mo. Nakatulong sya sa akin. 👌

good day po! ask ko lang po , lahat ng process po ba is while you are in pinas po?lahat ng docs na kelngan from the employer nyo is sila na ang nag lakad for you to the poea or embassy sa jobsite?Situation ko po kasi is under evaluation for verification/authentication of employment contract po, then company ko said ipapadala lang nila ang authenticated employment contract sa pinas thru mail. mag babakasyon po kasi sa pinas for 30 days, dun ko na po ipaprocess direct hire application ko for oec.

You’re welcome po🙏🏻 Processing takes 2weeks including submission, evaluation, pdos and oec issuance. Pero total is about one month kasama na pag complete sa requirements

After payment nag email na rin yung insurance within the day sa insurance certificate

Hello. yes i signed with a digital signature for the contract. Nasa Pilipinas ako nung inoffer na sakin at contract signing. pina scan ko at inemail sa kanila. Kaya po need po pumunta si employer sa embassy sa singapore para ma authenticate yung contract (ma stamp as certifed true copy)

Nag-refuse mag-sign ung employer ko sa contract addendum (repatriation insurance) kasi hindi amenable sa kanila ung mga provisions na nakasaad doon. May naka experience na po ba neto? Ano pong pwedeng gawin sa ganitong case? Salamat po!

Hi po. Yes po iba po yung POLO endorsement at authenticated documents. Bale yung employer nyo po pupunta sa embassy ng pilipinas sa Qatar and isubmit yung original docs (coe, work permit, company profile) for authentication ni embassy. Then tsaka sila mag bibigay ng POLO endorsement kung complete na po requirements. Yung endorsement po ay letter addressed to POEA Administrator sa Pinas po. Kaya once may endorsement at authenticated docs, ipapadala ni employer sa inyo sa Pinas since need po original hardcopy. Yes po, the same processing sa middle east countries basta DIRECT HIRE. Take note lang po sa additional requirements. Pwde po kayo mag refer sa checklist ni POEA dito poea.gov.ph/services/workers/Professional_Checklist.pdf

Yes. I started completing my documents nung natanggap ko na IPA. usually 3 months validity nyan so may sapat na oras ka pa. Pag dating mo sa SG, ipapa-sched ka ng HR nyo for an appointment sa MOM para photo taking. Usually within 2 weeks marerecieve mo na Spass card mo
What if nakalagay po saaken sir is UPAdate- in light with reports that authencation verification contract is being fabricated. We emailed copy of your contract to MWO/ polo Singapore to confirm is said document was indeed verified by the post

Hello po. Sinend ko na lahat ng phase 1 docs sa email. Pero they will only reply with the earliest appointment date (wala pang evaluation). Then pupunta kayo personally to POEA on appointment date to submit all the documents hardcopies with photocopies, then isaisahin po nila yung mga documents (evaluation/checking)

Hello. Salamat po. yes iattach po pero no need ipa-apostille. Yung sworn affidavite (one page) yung pina notaryo ko po. Minention ko lang lahat sa sworn affidavit ko na original school docs hawak ko at nag submit ako ng copy kay employer.

I'd like to ask if for the supporting documents (TOR, Diploma, Resume, others) and for the authenticated employment contract, did you get them to be Apostille thru DFA? You have not mentioned anything about this, I just wanted to make sure it is not needed anymore. I am about to start the Direct Hire process by next week. Hope you can reply soonest. no need po to be appostille thru dfa. in my case po original tor diploma lang hawak ko po at sinubmit ko kay poea

Pero sa pagkakaintindi ko base sa checklist.
Kailangan ipa notaryo at included sa affidavit
1. Authenticity of TOR and diploma
2 Authenticity of COE if applicable.
3. How job was secure (letter)
4. Contract details (name of company, duration, position)
5. etc..if there any.
So one affidavit stating yung items na meron ka.
I'm not 100% sure, but better ask POEA

thru email po pinadala contract ko. pinirmahan ko then scan. innemail ko pabalik sa kanila. iprint ng employer mo tas ipapa-authenticate at pirmahan (may tatak rin) ni embassy. yun na yung magiging original contract mo na ipapa LBC ni employer papunta pinas para ma receive nyo.

Napadala ko na po sa DHL yung TOR and Diploma ko for DFA Apostille and UAE Embassy Attestation. Sa April pa po ang appointment ko. So, wala po ako onhand original copy ng mga school docs ko. Pano po yun? Hndi ako mkka apply ng POEA Clearance?
Pwde po makastart apply Phase 1 using scanned document (in the meantime while waiting dumating sa inyo yung original docs) Sa Phase 2 kasi ulit icheck nila yung originals. Photocopy lang kukunin nila for filing, babalik sa inyo yung original docs

1. Yes. I processed mine in POEA Region 10 (Trinidad Building, Cagayan De Oro City). No need to go to manila if located in the province
2.Medical check up must be in clinics that are POEA/DOH accredited see list here www.poea.gov.ph/clinic/dohclinics.html
Swab test: Polymedic Medical Plaza in Kauswagan (mentioned in the vid ang price) should be valid witihin 72hrs pagkadating sa destination.
3. SHN Cost depends on the employer. sakin 50% employer 50% employee yung agreement namin.
