My name is Eric and I travel with my cat, “Jax” in a 2012 Coachmen Mirada 32BH Class A Motorhome on a Ford Super Duty truck chassis. (V10 Triton) We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010. I travel with a 2009 Honda CMX 250 on the back of my RV on a Titan Ramp 600lb carrier. As far as the " screaming child" , better to hear that on short Disney ride vs a long airplane ride where you are a "captive audience" . I had the lovely experience on a trip to Disneyland which is why I prefer to drive vs " flying" lol

I've been escorted out on Splash mountain at Disneyland, as it stopped right before the big drop. I was blessed it didn't stop in the middle lol
Fun Fact: Disney call ride evacuations “In-Show-Exits” to make it seem more magical!
They never called it that at California Adventure when I worked there for 9 years in Anaheim.

Hey Eric we have a home in our town we rode by it yesterday and I was looking at it they have a mickey mouse window in their front door...I said I have to tell Eric about that..😄love watching all the parks its the closes I will get to them..thanks for the videos
Back in 1977 I went to Disneyland with my Sister n Brother-Inlaw, it was a drizzly day, so lines were not, we went on a few rides several times, it was great, for most Californians and other it was a foul weather day, but for Oregonians it works🥰
Many years ago in California they would have AP special nights where some of the rides, like Snow White, You could walk the whole ride with the lights on , with a guide and talked about the things in the ride. There was about 5 rides they had open for a walk through. Of course there were not many AP holders in those times and the park was not crowded.

I love Epcot - it is my favourite park. I'm seriously missing the USA. I usually visit four or five times a year. Now, a trip to my local supermarket seems like an adventure. We got escorted off of Space Mountain at Disneyland back in the 1990's. Same thing, the lights came on and we were in a big dome with catwalks everywhere. Walked out.
Even with ride breakdowns it still looks so fun!! Eric hope you get answers about your eye, take care🤗

Disney food is expensive but it is the best, freshest food I've ever eaten. I hope the Trails End opens back up at Ft. Wilderness. I believe it was my favorite.

Haven't been to Disney, EPCOT since mid 90s. Its changed a lot. Enjoyed the virtual tour.
I got stuck on Pirates of the Caribbean once for 45 min, our boat got stuck on the uphill section at the very end of the ride before it curves around to where you enter \exit the boats.

That’s crazy. I’ve only ridden that ride once and it also broke down while I was on it. It broke down literally right before it was over and I could have easily just stepped off onto the exit platform but we still had to wait to be escorted off lol. That was almost exactly a year ago now too
Fun day at Epcot. Great rides even the one you walked off. I love a good team bar. Fun to watch them cook so fresh.
Back in december of 91 I got to march in Epcot center as part of the Albert Lea Marching Tigers marching band. It was fun but did not like walking on the bricks, could not get flat footing. It was also fun spending new years eve outside the castle at the Magic kingdom. If you ever get a chance, I would recommend going back there over New Years Eve.
I'm exhausted! That was some fun, but my fav is the entertainment chief.
Jax doesn't get many treats, as Eric gives himself, Jax has a weighing this month-I think,

Good Luck with the eyes...as I mentioned I was able to cure my issue with a combo of the antibiotics and irrigating the eyes several times a day.

2016 Hubs and I were there in May... We walked into a wall of people inside The Land pavilion.. Went to the bathroom and came back out and it was a ghost town (like the way you showed it). That was a creepy experience but awesome because we walked into Living with the Land.... And then had our reservations at Garden Grill... Best afternoon ever...

Out of all the times I've been to Disney, I've been 'escorted' off two rides due to breakdowns. Oddly both are water based and took place at Magic Kingdom. It's a Small World, and Splash Mountain.

We had to get out of line once but never had a ride stop at Disney, Transformers at Universal CA broke and we had to get off but they gave us an express pass to ride again when they fixed it.

I have to say I live about a hour from Disney. I haven't been there since 1983. I went one time and have never been back and have no desire to go back. However it has been interesting to see what it is like. TU
My family once got escorted off Splash Mountain at Disney World in Japan. I thought it was the coolest thing! Took a few pics but those were the days before cell phones!

In Illinois, the restaurant you ate at we have Ron of Japan. It is my absolute favorite restaurant the lobster/shrimp 🦞yolk sauce is AMAZING and so is their steaks 🥩.
