    Hey goatis what do you recommend to someone who is struggling to digest fat? Any tips for gallbladder?
    Also do you think the fat composition changes once it’s rendered? Is raw fat easier to digest?

      @@Voltornator Thanks, I didn’t realize raw fat has enzymes to help break it down. I usually use butter, ghee, or get it from meats or fish that I eat. But I realized I’m having a real hard time digesting it. Especially rendered fat like tallow. My stools float and are soft and light in colour. Also after I eat fat I get extremely weak and sometimes heart palpitations. So I might start consuming 1 egg yolk a day to build tolerance, hopefully it helps. If my stool continues the way it does do you think I should still consume it until my body adjusts? Has this happened to you? How long does it usually take?

      @@oteprous Been doing raw egg yolks for a week now, it definitely digest better. I’m very shocked. Thank you so much your comment gave me the push to try again. I had tried a raw egg yolk a while ago but I had mixed it with cream made from pasteurized milk and it gave me diarrhea but now with just plain egg yolks it digest way better. Thanks.

    This guy looks so old for his age! I just found a historical picture of my grandpa from Norway back in 1910…he was 49 in the picture and looked like 28 year olds now a days. I was in disbelief seeing how young he looked compared to my peers. Truly shocking how fast things have changed 😵‍💫

    The potatoes can't really be that bad, even as far as oxalates, especially if he gets rids of the skin on them. If anything the leafy greens, legumes, tea and coffee are even way more loaded with oxalates. I have to go with my own body's response to them, because potatoes have always worked really well for me, day in, day out, and very satiating, especially along with meat and cheese. Never any side effects or bloating, in fact it seems to improve everything for me. They are nightshades, but actual vegetables are really brutal on me.

      Same. I agree that they are worlds better than those things. But, I as well as many others have experienced bloating and brain fog after consumption. It’s very good that you remove the skin, though

      @@borna1897 Yes, I can eat them day after day without issue, I get a lot of satiation from them and feel really good. All other vegetables, however cause problems, strange feelings, loud indigestion and what not. Even rice for a grain gives problems at least 2 if not 3 days in, if consumed like that.

    The ultimate slave food is wheat of any kind, barley, oats, rye, quinoa, soy, raw greens and polyunsaturated fats. There's nothing worse 😵‍💫 It is much worse than white rice (almost no fiber, no PUFAs).

    I don’t know if it’s placebo or it’s in my mind but when I started following your advice eating loads of meat + dairy I noticed I’m not as anxious anymore. Anytime I come off this way of eating or I don’t eat enough fat I feel so anxious? Can anyone shed some light to what’s going on

      I have similar effects if I compromise my carnivore diet.
      For me, I think it is the insulin dump dealing with the blood sugar spike.
      The longer you eat just clean meat/fat the more sensitive you become to toxins in average food. imo

      If the grocery store is higher end / more trustworthy, it's generally still fine to eat raw, so long as you have a general idea about the handling, such as the butchery processing of the meat. Best bet is to make sure the supermarkets you shop at have a general care for the wellbeing of those whom they serve food too, particularly if it's a chain. But the organs and sometimes chicken processing, you have to watch a little bit more for.

    The reason why he looks much older then he is ,is actually common with bodybuilders at the professional level : its the content breakdown of the body and repair during exercise to build muscles(cardio) does this to. Being in a "hyper" anabolic/catabolic state from the drugs burns through yout RNA/DNA to produce new cells

    Hey Gatis, right off the bat I can tell this guy is Persian or at least partially. I’m actually a quarter Persian and this is quite unfortunate considering naturally, Persians are very beautiful. Also, I have always wondered how natural it is for humans to swim underwater in the ocean with your eyes open (to direct yourself through the water). Whenever I do, my eyes sting.       And what I've noticed, with many bodybuilders, even one I know personally, almost all of them use microwaves constantly. They are probably too exhausted to even cook their own food if they intended on cooking it, but microwaving is far, FAR worse!

    Hey Goatis my daughter got Campylobacter or Atleast it was in her poo. She was ill for several days. What can cause that? They claim raw chicken primarily.

      @@jonathanedwards9950likely the raw milk. Although healthy, if it becomes contaminated with feces when they are milking the cow, you can get campylobacter from the milk.

      Gatis actually had this once back in the day when he was at the hospital or ward eating what they gave him. I suggest to eat very high quality raw foods from healthy/wild animals not from unhealthy ones that are raised unnaturally.

    The worst feeling I’ve ever felt in my life was before I found you and ate a bowl of cereal. My gut hurt so bad I was literally convulsing and shaking as the gas passed through me. I quit milk for a year after thinking it was the milk. After finding you, I drank milk again only to realize it was never the milk, it was actually the cereal.
    The thing you said about cereal being worse for you than bread is real. Bread definitely causes gut damage for me but in my experience nothing was ever worse for my gut than cereal or oats. Probably did permanent damage tbh.

    Goatis, could you share your opinion on asian guy Chuando Tan who is about 60 yrs old, doing light gym workouts since his 20s and he looks very well saved and healthy. I do think as you, that any stressful activities make us old faster. But tf with this guy and guys alike. Just lucky genes? Couldn’t count that he is asian, cuz every else asian guy looks old at 60

      He looks naturally strong height and bone wise. Not good-looking obviously but he used to look alright when he started CZcams. Then he got fat and had grey hair in his 20s already. That ruined a lot.
