Just take a small break I have foot problems too and I freerun, when ever I feel that I have hurt my sensitive foot I will take a short break and get back to things, I haven't gone to see the doctor about it because I feel that it's something I can control and I usually have landing issues so I work on that the most. I don't know what the doctor told you to specifically and what your foot issue is but I think you should just hold off a little bit. Because it would be a bummer if I never saw you do a flash double full because of a doctor. Just my thought ( keep being a badass ;)
