Hello, Is the implication behind this question " who is paying for your trip" in ds-160 form solely about my flight charges? I have a full ride scholarship but it doesn't cover for my flight charges. How should I answer this question?

If you have a full ride scholarship that covers your tuition fees, accommodation, and other expenses, but it does not cover your flight charges, you should accurately and truthfully represent the funding situation in your response.
