If you love the Most High's words you would do them, and if you CAN do his commandments properly then yes you do know the holy spirit. But you have to do The Most High's commandments which was written to moses in the Torah to the best of your ability, and not do your own version or someones interpretation of it. As the most high gave his commandments plainly so as not to confuse you.
