The micro potentiometer is prone to damage, so don't use too much force when turning on the pot and don't apply downward pressure too hard or it will damage the tiny pot. Use a screwdriver or adjustment tool that exactly fits the pot so it does not slip when turning and accidentally damaging the potentiometer.
Input voltage 28 Volts DC or Vin-Vout =3V.On datasheet the chip can take up to 36V input but for this generic board it's better to stay to max 28V in.
Optimal Vin-Vout difference is 3 Volts a little less and the output ripple increases to sometimes double or more.
The output ripple is not too bad for up to 30W load that is 15W per rail, 15W on the positive and 15W on the negative rail.
This can be used to power headphone amp, mini amps up to 30W that require symmetrical psu up to ±15 Volts.
The ripple output is around 20mV to 30mV and this is a bit high for use directly on low level preamps like phono MM or MC or mic preamps, (MM, MC - Moving Magnet, Moving Coil).
It is possible to use this on low level preamps by using a linear regulator in series with the dc-dc converter like a lm317,337 module board but output voltage will be limited to less than ±15V cause of the drop on the series linear regulator.
