He is saying that hair serums are better than oils, but I'm not sure about it😅. Let me share an incident, almost 2 years ago I started noticing that my hair is thinning and slowly I realised that my hair is falling severely 😢. So I started using various hair products like some essential oils, anti hairfall shampoos and hair regrowth serums. In this journey, at a time I started giving most priority to hair regrowth serums, and I'm using this Traya Recap serum for almost 4 months, but still didn't get that much good results😢. But the fun fact is that my grandfather is right now 84, he is using mustered oil since his childhood and he have almost 3x more hairs than me 😅😅 even at this age 😅😅. His hair care routine is very simple, he oils everyday and do shampoo only once a week 😅😅. So still do you think that serums are better 😂😂😂😂.
It depends on your genetics dude.. if you inherited it, you'll definitely go bald no matter how much care you do, with time they're gonna go and you'll have to accept the fact that you're going bald...just shave it when you can no longer hold it and let it go.
I think oil is much better than serum. Big company spend lotbof money on advertising so who will effect of it its all effect on costumer pocket thats y serum high costly just 30ml 1000 so how a middle class family can afford it so juat oil is always better.

Don’t use hot or lukewarm water.
