I want to request something.
We have a group chat on insta where we talk about about all these subliminal and manifestation stuff and also help each other to get out of problems related to manifestation or mental problems and build up a strong and positive mindset. so I just started a new skl where I don’t know anyone. Generally I’m not really shy nor outgoing I just exist🤣🤣but people I do speak to we click really quick it’s just about actually talking to them first which I can’t do.I’m going to listen 3x a day and update each day.

2 weeks- I didn’t listen everyday this week but the results are evident, I’ve received so many compliments genuinely feel better about myself and I’ve made many new friends in my skl
General differences I’ve noticed in my physical self is that my skin is much clearer and my waist is smaller but my confidence has even boosted aswell

day four: i know i said i would update a little less but today i aw huge differences. my skin is extremely clear, like clearest in the last few months. today it was a lot of fun in school, im really close w my classmates tf, and just in general my life was so much fun today. after school i went out w my friends from school, we went crystal shopping, but me and one of my friends have decided to go get slushies and on our way there this guy was pointing at us(there were 4 guys) so i just waved at him (i gotta remind you week ago I WAS FUCKIN ANTISOCIAL, I WAS LITERALLY AFRAID OF PEOPLE) and he waved back, and on our way back to our friends other guy of the four was heavily staring at me so i waved at him too lol, and then one of them showed us like a sign to come to them and talk and we talked, well mostly me which is CRAAZZYYY cause u would never catch me talking to people. and i also complimented 10 people and got complimented like 3 times today so. i see a lot of changes on my personality, im deffo more outgoing and i love it.
