Sorry to say it won't lay flat. Hobonichi writes, "Due to the materials used in the cover, the book will need to be slightly held down while writing." But that color sure is lovely. Thanks for sharing!
They do lay flat you just have to bend them a little and “wear” it in.
I’ve tried the Hobonichi cousin, the 5 year hobonichi,etc. I think the hobonichi weeks mega is the planner for me.

Thank you for showing this item. I was going to get it but now won't because I realised that the company interferes even in the notes section by putting that vertical line on every page in the notes section. I was willing to live with the calendar section the way it is, but I thought at least the notes pages would be clean. That's OK, now I know.

Hi Kellye!! Yep, I got a weeks!! This is my 3 rd year getting one... I did get the HIROKO KUBOTA: ANOTHER NIGHT OF FALLING STAR SPARKLERS I have to admit I did want it just for the cover 😂😂 But I do miss my Weeks Mega!!! I get the weeks and a cousin for my "everyday" journaling. I really debated in getting a Day Free this year because I only use the monthly layouts and the page a day for journaling in the Cousin... Maybe I'll swap in the one for 2025 😊 I can't wait to see what you do with your Weeks!! P.s. Could you maybe film a video while walking around in A Little Craft Place one day?? Thanks for all the great planning/ journaling videos!!!

I already got a generic planner but will use this weeks as a journal, almost like a 5 lines a day thing with extra room for notes etc.

Have you had one before? Does it ever lay flat? Thank you for this video! Do you have any experience with the Aura Estelle A5 vertical complete weekly planner? The weekly pages match the Cousin pages, so you can use Cousin kits in it. I have this planner, and I am contemplating using it for next year instead of a Cousin. I just wondered if you had any comments about it. Thank you!
It started laying flat right away after I kinda squished it down. But I still already prefer the harder covers. 🩷🩷🩷
Aura Estelle, yes I have a b6 daily and an a5 weekly (both undated). I don’t care for the paper so it’s a no for me. I wanted to love them tho!
I have the hobonichi Sneaker white line and lays really flat... I think it's an issue when they are mega 🤔
I want to get one as I love the calendars but I have a problem with the notes section, I do lots of notes that I then throw away, do you have to keep the pages in there? I’m guessing you can’t rip them out?
You can rip them out pretty easily, although it can look messy. They are meant to stay in.

I just want to prepare you. The sneaker weeks do not fit the cover on cover, because it has a different size than that. Its smaller so you cannot use them with each other

Love it, I bought the exact same one for the new year. Initially, I had thought to make it a health/mental health planner. But I went with PTD for that setup instead. Thinking of using it as my kids planner, to keep up with their school events and after school activities. New subbie, would love if you followed back!
