Be Perfect In Small Thing If You Want Big Success - Admiral William H. McRaven Motivational Speech

Admiral William Harry McRaven is a retired United States Navy four-star admiral who served as the ninth commander of the United States Special Operations Command from August 8, 2011 to August 28, 2014. From 2015 to 2018, he was the chancellor of The University of Texas System.
In his speech, he talked about the importance of making your bed every morning because by accomplishing first task of the day will encourage you to accomplish more task in your day. Be perfect in small thing if you want big success. If you can't get small things right, you will never be able to do big things right. He also mention about the importance of having teammates in accomplish great things and never give up easily in our life regardless of how big the challenges are.
