    Hi! This is Karthik and Nourah, founders of CAAPID SIMPLIFIED. We started this channel to guide foreign-trained dentist secure US Dental admissions through CAAPID and ADEA-PASS. We share the strategies through webinars and short-videos that helped Dr. Nourah secure 10 interview invites as a fresh BDS graduate. Whether it is CU Dental, BU Dental or even the rare and niche UNC Chapel Hill, we have the experience of being there and seeing what works. From time to time we help dental applicants through 1-on-1 sessions further validating our strategies to crack dental school.
    We started a non-profit CSR initiative called Inner-Circle to simultaneously make dental admissions inexpensive by reducing the dependence on middle-men and standardizing strategies that help crack admissions. Please join the non-profit innercircle.caapidsimplified.com and leverage its full benefit to save money and time before you seek professional help. While we can't replace the human touch and personal expertise only a counselor can offer, we have done our best to productize the first level work that goes into applications such as NBDE Exam, TOEFL Exam, Caapid Application, SOP writing, preparing for dental interviews and bench tests.

      Our pleasure @Ricardoalfaa6781 ! In the three years, most of these facts remain the same. The only change we're seeing this year is higher variable and fixed interest rates banks are demanding due to the Fed rates hikes in the US. Hi Rahul, your comments are heart-warming. We never really thought we could pull it off after our guest speaker was unable to make it, owing to his daughter's ill health. Nevertheless, people like you inspire me

    Hey Nourah and Karthik, great video. Super informative. Thank you very much for what you do. I just wanted to let you know that DMD/DDS is a graduate program. Professional degree programs are considered graduate level in the U.S. because they follow previous undergraduate studies. I hope this helps :)

    • @CaapidSimplified
      @CaapidSimplified  Před 3 lety

      Hey Crystal! Absolutely agree. We might have referred to it as undergraduate to provide context but not as an affirmation. Thank you for keeping us honest!

    I watched your video and you are awesome! My next question is, what is the danger rate after attempting this job? I mean, do we have a hard time getting a green card, staying in the USA and paying the debt? If I have to go back to my country in the end, it would be nonsense for me to take this loan.

    Hi Karthik and Noura, many thanks for the inputs, I have a question regarding loans in India, what if we get sanctioned for an amount beyond 1 cr but are able to pay off for the living the expenses through an on campus job and do not utilise the whole amount, would we be able to communicate this to the bank, so as to stop the disbursement of the un-utilised amount, I reckon the disbursement process is in a phased manner? Thanks

      Hi another question to Karthik, I have been owning a clinic here since about 8 years and if I plan to liquidate it I can fetch about 70 lakh rupees, with some more saving etc. I can raise another 20 lakh rupees. Do you think this is a good option vs borrowing money from PNB, but in that case I might have to mortgage my residence, again which I jointly with my father and is eligible for a complete loan required for DDS.
      Thanks for being patient

    • @CaapidSimplified
      @CaapidSimplified  Před 4 lety

      Yes, correct. If the loan is from India, you have the full freedom of managing installment amounts. However there may be a minimum fee even if you absolutely borrow no money after you get sanctioned an amount.

    • @CaapidSimplified
      @CaapidSimplified  Před 4 lety

      Staying leveraged is always financially wise. That being said, please don't allow your clinic remain an idle asset when you leave to the U.S. Consider leasing it out and taking a loan from Prodigy or PnB. Liquidating assets should be the final resort if your unable to pledge the clinic as mortgage.

    Firstly do empower or prodigy have a maximum or limit to the loan they give ..secondly, do they have prerequisites for the application ?

    • @CaapidSimplified
      @CaapidSimplified  Před 3 lety

      Yes, they do have a ceiling that gets fixed based on your (+ co-signer's) financial history. You will in any breakdown your tuition fee into 2 to 3 loans making it easier to digest and build your score. The pre-requisites are multiple and are mentioned in our loan calculator tool.

    Is it really imp that the co signer should have a credit history or just have a status?

    • @CaapidSimplified
      @CaapidSimplified  Před 3 lety

      They must have moderate credit history. That could even 6 months with a credit card and a pay cheque during that period

      Hi Gazihankaya,
      You can get an a loan in you home-country in certain US banks (like Prodigy) without a US co-signer.
      The fail-rate on dentists careers is pretty low. No one we've come across has left the country for a lack of visa or being unable to pay their debt. The only difficulty international dentists need to go through relates to missing out on job opportunities at big cities or delaying plans to begin their own practice.
      If location is not a constraint, and being employed at a DSO is ok with you, you'll have no trouble
