Honestly wish we saw more strongmen and powerlifters trying these insanely heavy short ROM lifts. I wanna know what the heaviest possible weight a human can clear off the ground even if it's just an inch.
Check out hip lift. I belive eddie hall lifted 2000 pounds
Check out backlift and hiplift then, that's where most weight is moved.
@@EmilBBechGrip yeah I've heard of those. I wish they were more popular in strength sports rather than a fringe oddity that only a handful have tried.
Check out the back lift!

What I’m surprised about is that he was able to find a bar like that 😂
I believe the man created the bar himself. He said in the comment section in one of his video.
@@irfanramzan6146 wtf I would not trust that much weight on a self made bar LOL
@@jeffk4710 He didn’t “make” the bar himself. Probably 4140 heat treated. Anyone can purchase it.
Bravh, you read my mind lol 😆
My first thought was what kind of explosion is he facing if the bar snaps or the weights break through the clips and weights slip off.
Imagine the force of the bar snapping in your face 😮
I was thinking about that immediately 😅

Steel never snaps, it bends
Edit: yes I know some hardened and brittle steel can snap, but a steel bar like this will always bend even under thousands of pounds
Good Video Keep Up The Great Work And That's Some Impressive Strength.
Don't care about rom or straps ,or anything. If this is real, it's unbelievably impressive
If average people worried about ROM just super set with light full ROM or a few sets after. I really domt get the hate.
It is a bit long, but it's worth reading.
He was betrayed by his disciple.
He was left alone by all his disciples.
He was killed for others mistake.
He was killed though he was innocent.
His own brothers didn't believe in him.
His mother had to watch him die.
Everyone knew he was innocent but still they killed him.
He is to be treated like Kings but he chose to serve us.
He still forgave the people who crucified and mocked him and he said Father forgive them for they not know what they are doing.
What has more greater love than this?.
All for our sake.
The man Jesus Christ. He showed us true Love.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
But There's a happy news. He rose up again after three days just as he told. There is no greater blessing than having God as our Father. He's coming back soon. Let's all repent and turn from our old ways and prepare our hearts for him.
This is the prophecy about the second coming of Jesus
Zechariah 13:7
“Awake, sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is close to me!” declares the LORD Almighty. “Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered, and I will turn my hand against the little ones.
This is the fulfillment of the prophecy.
Matthew 26:31
Then Jesus told them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: “’I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’
This happened near 30 AD.
Hosea 6:1-2
Come, let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us; he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.
After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.
In prophecies 1day is equal to 1000 years. Which means after two thousand years Jesus will return again.
And on the third day which is the 3rd millennium, we will live in his sight. We all know we cannot see God's face and live on Earth. So it's the second coming of Jesus.
Luke 21:11 ►
There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.
Matthew 24:6
You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.
We are the witnesses of all these things. From the death of Jesus to 2030 there are 2000 years.9 years is left until the 2000 years are complete after Jesus's death. Jesus is coming soon. Let's all repent and turn from our old ways and turn to the Lord.
Praise the Lord.
Peace and Love to you all.
Easter is pagan, the resurrection day of the Lord is correct and please stop taking the Lord's name in vain like saying omg or using it with a bad word or taking it in anyway that is in vain. Even the devil trembles in his name and we shouldn't use the powerful name like that. For the people who says Jesus is not God here's a verse.
Isaiah 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
God bless you all.
Please spread this message to the ends of the world.

the way it bounced around afterwards for so long and the pattern, im pretty convinced that was legit weight. Bravo sir well done.
The oscillation frequency seemed way to fast for that weight. It would not be very difficult to calculate the weight based on the dimensions and frequency.

It could also depend on the bar; what it's made of and how it's made. Weight bars can have completely different feeling to them depending on those factors.
*In 1957, Paul Anderson solidified his title as “The World's Strongest Man” by lifting 6,270 in a backlift. The Guinness Book of World Records entry was; “Greatest Lift. The greatest weight ever raised by a human being is 6,270 lbs.*
In about 1974-75, I observed one of Paul's weight lifting performances. Talked with him after, and shook his hand. His hand almost felt like metal. Super nice guy, and a Christian.
Oh, watched Paul take a 225 lb. dumbbell, press it straight out at shoulder level, to his side, multiple times, then held it there for several seconds. Watched him drive a 16d nail through 2 x 4 board. His first attempt failed ... he just gritted his teeth. Then he tried again, and drove it in as if done by a large sledge hammer.
Also, at least 10 men, well over 200 lbs. each, sat on a table. Paul got under the table, lifted the table with the at least 10 men sitting on it, then twisted to the left about a foot or two, then twisted to the right about a foot or two, then sat them back on the floor. AMAZING STRONG MAN!
That 1957 stunt can't be proven
@@JohnDoeUMAL16Yes it can and has, retard. That show on history Channel "strongest men in history" proved it with Brian/Eddie/Robert/Nick testing the exact setup.

Imagine if that bar snaps in half and hits him in the face . I used to never think about these things but when I had a bad accident with weights I am very careful now .
It won't reach his face.
Steel won't normally snap like that under tension, it'll just bend more
@@Automotib it depends on the tensile strength typically higher tensile strength makes steel more brittle and likely to snap which is common in squat bars Bc you want to minimize the whip. Dl bars tho usually have a lower tensile strength providing more whip and bend in the bar. Deadlift bars usually hover around 190k tensile strength and squat bars 220k.

6 years ago when I was 20, we did a competition in a beach gym in Rimini (Italy) where you had to do "half deadlift" and 8 pull ups in superset. There where many contenders, and after each set the weight on the barbell increased. The competition lasted more than 3 hours and I managed to win after the most insane battle of my life. After a day of heavy work, an insane amount of pull ups and the final lift of 520kgs I won. I will never forget the feeling of insane power and gravity on my body when I had my best lift at 440kg. The adrenaline was Godly. After all this I won a bike, and I returned to work with that. Insane days, I was a warmachine. But it took me some time to recover from that. But I would do it again

Not fake. At least, there's a tremendous amount of weight on the bar to make a steel bar do this.
Agreed, and some of the plates have really obvious usage and age on them... But some look fairly new and clean, so it's possible that a number of the plates are fakes.
However I'm in no place to say that's exactly what is happening. That bar is under a hell of a lot of weight.

The dude was built not like a weight lifter or strong man but almost like a cartoon character. He was just big everywhere. Strong as an Ox but nice as could be , I think he was a devout Christian. There was probably 400 kids in the auditorium, he stayed after the show to talk to those who

If you can lift it an inch, you can get the strength to lift it for a rep. Can’t wait to see someone, one day, get 1 rep for 1700 pounds on deadlift. It sounds crazy and impossible, but I don’t doubt that our strength will continue to get stronger over the generations. Hell, if it’s 1200 that’ll be impressive. There are some insanely skinny people who look anorexic but have the strength to lift 500-700 pounds on deadlift, now imagine if they filled out their body with muscles with that type of strength, yeah.
We'll need new genetics or robot arms. You can't deadlift anything you can rack pull, as the forces on the body are different even though the weight is the same, it is harder
