Erik recalls the funniest thing I've ever witnessed : my friend getting his T-shirt lit on fire backtage by Selim Lemouchi from The Devil's Blood back in 2012 for the Decibel Magazine Tour.

One of the main things that drew me to WATAIN from the outset is Erik's fevered passion for what he believes and what he does. It's aggressively contagious and I respect it infinitely.
Sad how he's hinted at trying to get homeless people dogs to use for stage blood. Jesus loves all however.

@t r That's not what I was meaning. I suppose I took issue with the word "struggle" which you didn't even bring into the convo, to be fair. Sure, there is a natural need to stay alive, but the struggle is life itself, in modern context. From my point of view, the struggle of modern life isn't natural, and as beings with the ability to reflect on natural things, it is possible to see that death can be accepted and definitely something that one can be at peace with.
