Nope thats not how it works, thats his link speed (what his max speed could be) and a movie is measured in GB not Gb. internet speeds are most commonly measured in Gbps not GB/s (which is what ur talking about)

1gbps means it is 1 giga bits per second .So to convert it into real time download speed you have to divide it by 8 which means it is like 140mbps.
