Delta, I think had mixed nuts and cheese, fruit, mixed spring greens, lobster thermidor, champagne with strawberries, two giant seats that made into beds, pillows, blankets, a "privacy shield" (not as good as yours) movies, and a full free bar. I think it's worth it if you're going on a long flight, but most people don't travel as much as she does, so it would accumulate up over time. If I'm on a long flight, I'd want to be comfortable, so it's worth the extra money to me.
With the amt of money she spends traveling, she could (probably) rack up hundreds of thousands of miles in credit card bonuses in no time, making business travel very possible @ least for her intl flights 😂
