Completely agree, but she put up a much better showing than Bullet or Louie Le'Simp. Bullet unloaded into the DL crew and we all saw what Louie did

Verona being an artificer is the coolest thing for his character.
I know if been saying he should multiclass since his mom since he's a arcane archer it would be cool if his his sub class was artillerist.

@@maxspecs Well, to be fair.... she is neither a main player character or a boss-type NPC, I'd rather Rustage not buff her for no reason other than to make her relevant to the PCs, but maybe he would allow her to go full dragon form in a very critical fight, with full boss-style legendary shit and everything.

So in the myth the gourd goes from "big for a gourd" to "bigger than a person" to "bigger than a house" so william should get multiple uses of the creatures ability to grow, which in DnD terms means multiple casts of the enlarge portion of the Enlarge/reduce spell (which is what the potion did to william I assume) so 1 cast negates the shrink and 2 casts makes him a massive Pumpking gourdlord

@@beingrandomisfun6927 I wouldn't say his devil fruit is that broken bcuz even though he can get the strongest fruits ever he doesn't train with said fruit and that's even if he gets a good fruit he could get the jacket jacket no mi the will of d doesn't grant extra power while his luck is extraordinary it still hit or miss most of the times in his favor but sometimes not really but his luck points are really helpful that's when he remembers to use them and overall I wouldn't say the crew is broken definitely strong but as evidenced by their fight against Trevor who one shot ragnar the strongest member or the second depending on William's fruit they still have a long way ahead of them

Edit: I also see people complaining about William drinking the potion. I think it makes sense. I mean, they're the Devil's Luck Pirate! His fruit is luck based too. And why would you think the stuff the crazy guy sell would be a nerfing potion? I just think it makes sense character wise, as someone who was saved by luck (with hid devil fruit) so many times would believe in his luck. (Plus, it's funny).
I watched it live, and I loved the moment when he said he was gonna drink the potion. Something so unexpected, it's perfect for the Devil's Luck Pirate and William especially!

I literally put my head in my hands and groaned when William, in the hardest battle of their campaign, decided to drink a random mystery potion. With his drill power, he is the second hardest hitting member on the field, their most powerful member is unconscious at his feet, and he has the option to roll for another possibly day-saving devil fruit...and he decides to drink a sketchy potion. Oh no.

The one good thing is, the creature he turned into can grow at will.

I love these series but goddamn is so stressful to watch at times, especially how there's a real risk of them dying and they always fight stronger people. I know Valentine's power makes sense but goddamn is annoying, hopefully they defeat him next session and they don't die to the boss.

I think that either the boss isn't in the candle's base or that they will not have to fight him, think about it, Hemlock doesn't know who the boss is , it would be' awfully strange if the boss was in the base all the time and they didn't know who he was

Pretty simple answer. As great as these are they heavily rely on you as a viewer being a pretty visual person and of course not a lot of people know nor understand DND. The anime is animated and doesn’t require any work from the viewers side. If someone animated Rustage’s DND series it’d be a different story tho

I was with a friend in a dnd party and our characters were brothers and he named his character Brudah (you know for brother, bro, bruh whatever). How much it took for them to caught on you ask? Never! After 6 moths we told them.

Sounds cool, shame it's not on CZcams because I'd watch it, sure you have alot of Quirks already but heres my idea for one.
Glare - Emitter, it emits a repulsive force from your eyes, the more Angry you are the wide the range and increases the force. My idea is it wouldn't be a Hero or a Villain quirk, it would instead be a Civilian who has only ever used it mildly, eg someone bumps into him. However he gets mugged and his friend get hurt, so gets madder than he ever has before, so his able to slam the mugger against a wall knocking the mugger out. Unfortunately because his quirk is emitting such a strong repelling force, He cant close his eyelids, so he cant stop his power. This would make him a danger to others as he cant stop his power, eg looking at ground cracks concrete, looking at walls break windows etc. Your players would have to figure out how to stop him, which is hard as his panicking so his looking all around making it hard to get close to him. You can defeat him by either knocking him unconscious in some way or do something that hurts his eyes but cant be repel eg, someone managed to get close and emit bright light in his eyes, hed subconsciously blink, stopping his power.
That went on longer than I thought but wanted to clearly get my point across, hope you all Go Beyond: PLUS ULTRA!

@@bustercaller Very well. Here's one I thought up a while a go.
Non-Euclidian Craft (Name still in progress) - Emitter - As the name suggests the Quirk user can make Any type of architecture or compartment Non-Euclidian. Which means its geometry seems to break space time (e.g. A bag of holding, corridors that would intersect but don't, a corridor that loops in on itself with no exit.). And as the e.g. Suggests, this is broken if used right. Like, for instance, making an inescapable house, having unlimited space in pockets which would be very bad since they could hold on to who knows how much weaponry on their person.
Weaknesses - The only real weaknesses are that 1) The person must be able to imagine the geometry of an effected area unless it is a compartment. 2) If the person thinks of a section of geomatry different then before, it will change to the new thought (this is poorly worded and could be a strength or a weakness but give me a break. I'm not an expert in this.) 3) If a Non-Euclidian compartment is majorly damaged, all the contents will spill.
As such, I would recommend if you use this to make the person with this quirk a neutral trader, or an amubsher for the right price. As making the person a villain or a hero would be catastrophic for everyone.

NGL, I hoped they’d at least convince Cleo to stand down or knock her out or she’d escape and flee but seeing her get cranium go boom was fitting
Honestly the 7v1 of an NPC who is definately not CR 8 above them was kinda boring. You know they are gonna win they just have too many attacks per turn for her to be able to actually take them down in any real way. Also him outright saying that the bloodlusted assassin will stop attacking their pc once they are unconscious. So there is NO risk of the enemies killing them just that they might not make it in time to medpack to bring them up for the fight. Especially with Verona now having an instant stabilize item

Now this Devouring Gourd nonsense...has me excited. There are many ways Rustage can take this.
In myth, apparently the Gourd could talk and grew on its own to the size of a house, devoured a whole village, then rolled into a lake. It's later killed and cut open to let the people out. As such, I would imagine that the Mythical Zoan powers William has is to grow in size and eat things Wapol-style. Moreover, since the people inside didn't actually die, he probably won't suffer for eating a Devil Fruit user.
On the other hand, we can go the Journey to the West route with the myth instead. In which case, it's a Paramecia based on a mythical artifact like Daifuku's. In the myth, the gourd was basically like the Dragon Ball Mafuba, where it would suck in anyone who responded to having their name called. They would proceed to dissolve inside it. We could have a thing where it turns William into a super-vacuum that sucks in everything, or keep the name restriction, or even treat it more as a personal subspace like the Mirror World to take shelter in.
The translated name is the "Purple Gold Red Gourd", but it obviously doesn't translate that well.
