This Minecraft challenge was done in Minecraft Update 1.14, and was coded as a Java Plugin, not a data pack or a mod. this challenge was super difficult but extremely fun/funny. Seeing all the blocks flying after us trying to defend themselves or fight back was super funny. The second part of this series is even funnier (at least I think). - Hry

Two things to make this *even* better, first: Lower the attack range of the blocks. And, second: Make it so that certain blocks are weak to certain stuff (wood blocks are weak against axes, stone blocks are weak to pickaxes, etc.)

No because a pickaxe is less effective on sand than a shovel, less effective on wood than an axe, but is more effective on stone than anything else. So it would depend on the block, which I would assume is hard to code in.

@@LinksYTLink You could code in a variable to keep track of what kind of "block" it is, like how the standard game keeps track of what tools are effective on what blocks, and then check if the tool matches the requirements, and multiply the damage dealt if the tool is the correct type.
