I used to go with my mom when I was younger. I think it used to be bigger. Or maybe it just felt bigger then. They’ve moved it down the hill now...and for some reason it doesn’t feel like they have as many vendors. But yes, I love Nashville!!! I hope we can go back soon. -mb

My girlfriends and I went once a year to the Nashville flea market over an extended weekend. Such good memories. Will have to schedule a trip once this virus stuff is over.
We love to try to go at least once a year as well! I would love to actually have a booth there and try that sometime!!!
You girls got some cute stuff. That one spot with all of the boxes on the ground looked fun like a treasure hunt. The purse was cool. I remember those.
Thanks! We had so much fun! I tell you what, if it had not been like 100 degrees we would have really shown you guys more treasures from the boxes. It was so hot. But yes, it is so exciting to walk up and look at a sea of boxes!!!

we love it too!!! the possibilities of what you might find in all those boxes is so much fun....however nothing in that booth was priced, so it was hard to guess what price the owner was gonna come up with. ....wouldnt it be fun for a bunch of thrifters to meet up there for the day?!?!

Is the watch box bakelite? I love that the mannequin had arms and was "hugging" the boar. I echo Thrifting Adventures about the booth with the boxes. I think I could have spent hours digging in that booth.
I could not think of bakelite while we were on video....it could be, or maybe celluloid, like the vanity sets?....i dont know. What is the test for bakelite?
@@FatBirdFinds They say if you rub it, it smells. There's also a cotton swab test, but I don't remember the product that is used.
