Some of the hand priming tools will clamp a case even centered for priming and, not that I have all of them, but they should all clamp a case slightly off center. That's a tool most all of us have already, and they're all fairly ergonomic.
Set the trimmer upright with the cartridge inserted vertically. Hand weight usually is enough.....literally rest your palm on the top of the cartridge.
Why not just get a pma case holder with power adapter rhen put it in a blue K&M handle. The pma you buy a power adapter for small rifle primer cases and one for large rifle. It assures the case is held straight then too😊
