- Welcome to the University of Hull's Student Quarter! Kexgill have signed a unique partnership with the University of Hull allowing 200 houses to be purchased creating a University Quarter.
The houses are on campus, newly refurbished, have 24-hour maintenance, fully secured with CCTV and start from just £78 per week. They are the nicest student houses I have ever seen! I hope you love them too :)

both of my parents were studying here back on 1996. Technically, I was born in Hull and I'm Malaysian anyway. After 23 years, they brought the whole family visited Hull and this uni. Hopefully I can follow my parents' footstep to pursue my study in this uni!

I lived in three of these houses back in 1999-2002. The library was the University s strong asset then plus Taylor Court. Accommodation office was in Salmon Grove. When we had such a beautiful acc. responsible then. All the best

Completely. I vouch for them with every confidence. They put students' happiness first. They are always there for you. Amazing landlords! I speak from experience :)

In the first house it's not a walk-in shower it's a shower cubicle (walk in showers do not have doors - so you can walk straight in like the second house)
