What is the difference between a broker in charge and just a realtor? You keep mentioning that you are the broker in charge.
I guess it’s kind of a supervisor because I remember She once said : she reads, correct and approve lots of real estate documents from about 90 other realtors under her supervision.
In real estate, a broker-in-charge is a licensed real estate broker who is designated by a real estate brokerage firm to oversee and manage the real estate transactions conducted by the brokerage. The broker-in-charge is responsible for ensuring that all real estate transactions comply with state laws and regulations.
A just broker, on the other hand, typically refers to a licensed real estate broker who is not in a supervisory or managerial position within a brokerage. Just brokers work directly with clients to facilitate real estate transactions, but they do not have the same level of responsibility and authority as a broker-in-charge.
Both broker-in-charge and just broker must hold valid real estate licenses and adhere to ethical standards and practices set forth by their licensing board.

If you take a loan (say, 7%), you will make much less or nothing. Better invest your money in stocks. :)
