What is the difference between a broker in charge and just a realtor? You keep mentioning that you are the broker in charge.

I guess it’s kind of a supervisor because I remember She once said : she reads, correct and approve lots of real estate documents from about 90 other realtors under her supervision.

There are pros and cons, right? If you can get a 7% return in stocks and your dividend is enough to be your passive income, sure, that would be great for you. Whatever you do, I hope you do well!
