The Big Man, Clarence Clemons...man, what a giant, literally AND figuratively. Gone too soon. As others have mentioned, you need to see and hear "Jungleland" to really get the full effect. I remember seeing the band in Denver where they started playing another of Bruce's songs, "Ain't Got You" - and segued right into "She's The One." Still the best concerts I've ever seen. Marathon shows. '85 at Mile High for the Born In The USA tour was my first "big" concert, and remains one of the best I've ever seen.
I'm a huge Springsteen fan and it's the first time I've seen this video. I love it! I follow a lot of reactors and I have not seen anyone react to Springsteen's 10th Avenue Freeze-Out. Would love to see you check that out. Do the Live in New York video.
If this 10 minute video wiped you out, imagine keeping up that intensity for a 3 hr concert. You should check out Jungleland by Bruce Springsteen & the ESB. It has the best sax solo ever!
As soon as he started talking about the sax I made sure to recommend Jungleland by Springsteen. Best sax solo in rock.
I don’t think we will ever see or hear this kind of performance ever...again, the days of great music and amazing concerts are gone. Good thing we able to listen

If you think this is a long song, Bruce is well known for doing up to and over 3 hour shows on a regular basis when he's on the road. You should react to Bon Jovi - Livin On A Prayer and You Give Love A Bad Name live from Zurich. From one Jersey legend to another.

after a springsteen show in l.a. in the late '70s, i was lucky enough to go to the backstage party, and i met clarence clemons, the legendary sax player, and he folded me into his arms like i was a long lost cousin. big man, big heart.
