Hey, I recommend placing your wave table and magnetite seperator next to each other, with both electrical leads on one side, and the cater connectors on the other. It'll make it easier to swap machines, and help out with that spaghetti. Also regarding the shaker, I'd put the rest of the equipment in place, and once there's a spot clear for it, you'll probably have to transport it to River Town, then back again. It probably wanted to place it where you have your water line, so it didn't spawn in. When you had the 300 oz, the last digit was dropped off. So it seemed to go slower.
You should have a big cut into the pay dirt at the parcel to get deeper, or make a straight road from the the place you are digging from to the tier 3 wash plant to get there faster
I know I'm behind on this series and have been holding my tongue in case you figured out in a later episode but I'm saying this now lol you can buy water and power splitters where you can connect 4 water hoses and 4 power cords and you don't need all the water pumps I'm using 1 pump that sits by my tent and have the red water pipes stretched the rest of the way
Hi Frithgar love the way you commentary your game just thought I'd throw this at you see if you've tried it. you only actually need one water pump and one generator at old arnold. to do it you need 2 X large hose joiner , a small hose multi adapter place them all at the mining end. you also need one extra large hose to connect the adapter box ...also you have two small hose fitting on the water pump ..it saves a lot of time running about turning pumps on and everything including the wave table runs on the one genny and pump.. if you also use the multi power pack you can run cables to all appliances as well. hope this helps and tidies stuff ;)
Thank you for the tips, this is something that we weren't able to do back when this was recorded though! They didn't introduce the pipe joiners and splitters until a little later on, but it certainly saves time now that we're able to use them :)
Which version of the game is this please ? , i can only find 1 on Amazon , the one set in the 1800's , back in the "golden age " , 2 doesn't look any more resent , so no diggers or any machines of the sort .
I doubt this level of micro managing is necessary, but I wonder how much a workers work % and price per day are related. It may be more efficient to keep a worker with a slightly lower work % but noticeably lower price per day.
Heres a game i would like to see you make a series on it lumber tycoon 2 on roblox its like gold rush but more simple and easyer and it dosent waste as much time
Can you not upload the Gold Rush video's first instead of the other ones? I get inspiration from these and right now it's evening when they go online; Would be nice to have them in the afternoon.. :)
I drove one of those once and the controls being backwards meant I spent most of the time with the arm straight up into the air trying to figure out how to lower it again!
Except that it's not actually cheating, it's using a utility that the game creators gave us. Cheating would be playing in multiplayer and using something outside the game parameters to give me an unfair advantage.

Frith you can put buckets all aroumd the mobile washplant and you will fill them up with magnetite in no time

You can get loads of magnetite from the shaker if you put a load of buckets in the big sluicebox that is directly attached to the shaker
or if you hit those big boulders on the shaker with a bucket you will also get magnetite

my shaker disappeared too, had to send it to other parcel of land and buy another 1

I haven't actually looked at the pay rates, just been looking at the % for the worker. Will take a look soon to run a comparison

frith the controls on the excavator are backwards they are the controls for a backhoe (ISO) i have those they are backwards
