Story:
I was desperately looking for a place that may be considered " hidden gem" when I came across these residents of Nasugbu. A group of teenagers with their pet birds. Playful children. A mother and an infant. Young girls taking photos of each other. Dogs enjoying the waves of the ocean... and a lot more. That day was their typical afternoon at the beach.
Of course, the sunset has always been picturesque.... so, this is not "it". The place also fell short of my idea of "hidden gem" because of the damaged houses and visible presence of trash. Despite the imperfection, there is something in the air that made stay. The moment they realized what I was doing, they seemed to be unbothered by my presence -- an intruder of their privacy. Most of them giggled and said, "ate, papitik po."
