I don't think this song is Lost Media at all.
This is probably a convention recording or something?
So basically, this song could probably from 1986 (which I'm not sure). From what I read online, presumably this song was going to be featured on the Queen Forever album, but was dropped from the album due to the lyrics being explicit (I'm not sure if that's the case). But there are rumors that an 4 minute version exists in some of the Queen collector's vaults. (I'm not too sure if this is right but that's all the info I can gather).
But, I hope the full thing Circulates soon!
