Why I created my CZcams Channel: Through my CZcams Channel "Walking Tall with G-MAN" I strive to inspire and motivate people to never give up in life as well as using this platform to share my sporting passion.
When I was younger, I was told because of my height I wouldn’t be able to play a sport in school however I proved everyone wrong and played sport and became first-team cricket captain of my school.
Having dwarfism did force me to stop playing sport after varsity; however, I continued to share my passion through my CZcams Channel.

Gareth, thank you for doing what you do. For your passion and dedication to the game we all love.
You have been with the Springboks in their times of triumph and success, as well as those dark days where once it seemed that there was no light at the end of the tunnel. You may not have worn the jersey to represent our country on the field for 80 minutes, however you have contributed your value to rugby in a way which even some players have not given to the sport.
You have inspired many of your followers by your example in how we should lead our lives, which is the most ultimate test match.
