I saw them Live in Hof. There are no words that can describe what It's like hearing this song Live. I had tears of joy in my eyes, goosebumps on my entire body and the brightest smile on my face. One of the most important days of my life.
Thing for me is how everyone just looks happy to be there. That adds a LOT to a performance, when the folks on stage are clearly just having a good time with it.
I know that everyone is loving Saulius for his moves, but to me the silent hero is the guy who played the drums (behind the big drum in the middle) - he had such a great time during the whole event! Sadly he's rarely seen in any of those videos :(
Yeah from where i was sitting it is hard to get everything in frame, even the wide angle lens on my phone could not handle it. Plus some angles where just blocked. Iirc their where like 5 drummers there working together during the concert. Do think i actually have a close up video of one of the drummers (who was running the big drum at the time) having some fun with the back up singers to the left. If it's decent quality i'll upload that clip as well!
Nice recording! My brother and I were there at AFAS too, and I also recorded the whole experience from our seats on the high balcony - I had a better wide shot of the whole stage, but I'm debating whether or not I should make the recordings for public viewing because I whooped like a stupid over-excited kid just before the song and I feel like other people might consider the recording ruined for it💀 Saulius was having a whale of a time, he owned the center stage with his moves! All the musicians were OUTSTANDING!
It´s amazing to see Thomas Bergersen himself jump up and entertains the crowd as he see that the mic on the flute didn´t work well in the middle part. That´s teamwork like in a small Band! Awesome
Just checked my ticked, row 2 seat 42. Would be funny if we where in the same row indeed. Amazing concert. Was a long drive up from around Maastricht but so worth it. (Also i wonder why everybody that was there as well is replying in english. Would assume that most people who where there spoke dutch)
Me and a couple other people around me where filming songs from time to time no problems with security what so ever. Perhaps just a security guard who was having a bad day or being right at the front makes it so they don't bother you, idk.
I really love looking at the flute-playing guy dancing :D He looks like he's feeling the song with every inch of his body :D
From the beginning to the end through his dance, flute and "metal-voice" at the very end, he killed me 🤩🤩🤩 🎉👌
