Its available but the lx2k has a pcie port that can't deliver that much power into the gpu,
You could try using a pcie riser that has an external power cable for extra wattage.

Not yet, u-boot is working towards full efi compatibility but I don't think there is a way to reliably chainload edk2 from uboot
