Am I the only one that thinks the Final Showdown level is easier than the Prime's Return level??? Still a great game, it would never leave my memories...
The reason the Fallen didn't use the Cybertronian army was because they lacked Energon, hence why he needed the Star Harvester...At least, that's the reason they'd present.
I preferred this ending than the movie in my opinion. For starters, the Fallen is more a challenge than in the movie. Second and most of all everyone wins; Optimus and the Autobots saved the day once more and Megatron now had the Fallen's base and throne, along with access to a whole army. What's even more sad is that the TF3 game didn't take advantage of this. It would've been extremely awesome; honestly it would've been badass if the Autobots attacked that base. Overall, I prefer this ending than the movie ending.
agreed,jetfire finishing fallen would ve been epic...but hey...it is what it is...he would d ve died sooner or later....at least he went out w dignity and took out 2 powerful decepticons w him in movie,
Strange. In the game The Fallen was much bigger than Powered-Up Optimus and was difficult to beat, yet in the movie he was smaller and went down in less than five minutes.
The thing is if you pause the game the moment the tune starts playing go to the options menu go to the sound menu and then leave the music level bar highlighted after fiddling with it a bit you can actually listen to the music tune of the level without having the sound effects or dialog of game interfering

In the game they made the fallen much bigger and powerful and Optimus looks small in this game , but when u watch the movie u will see the opposite which really does suck!

A kinda trash fight especially since it is right after a very very hard fight but being able to beat him up with melee and actually stand on the top of the harvester does make it alot cooler then the other version

Holy Jesus the Fallen in this game is gigantic, he is almost double the size of Jet Powered Optimus Prime.
In the Movie He was the same size as prime

I still have the 360 and Ps2 versions of this game until this very day and I love them both.
