Hey Spen as you said spawner speed increased from 800 to 1000, let me be the nerd and explain. 720 represents normal movement speed ,770 means Fast, 820 means very fast. Yes, thats how it works.

So, my predictions:
*Gus* : Ma boi at least will deal with some assassins (Mico, Mortis, Buzz and etc.) It’s a little bit but it’s something. So Gus at least will upgrade *D-tier -> top C-tier*
*R-T* : From worst Gadget to one of the best. So much potential… Easily *B-tier -> mid/top A-tier*
*Brock* : Brock _will_ do stuff. *B-tier -> top A-tier* . Ok, hear me out. I’m not overreacting, I understand that his new HC isn’t op or something. So you will ask: why so high? Well… It’s still HC. And Brock is one of the two HC-sharpshooters in the game (him and Belle). I don’t think that Brock will be better than Belle but he definitely will be picked more frequently.
*Sandy* : No doubts. If devs won’t change something about his HC, it’s easily *A-tier -> S-tier* ‘cause Sandy already was strong brawler.
*Tick* : Tick’s HC is the lamest but… it’s HC. So I think Bombah dude will *C-tier -> bottom B-tier* . But I can be extremely wrong ‘cause I don’t know how long will it really be to charge his HC.
*Gene* : Well, it’s long to charge his Super. And Spen said that his HC = 3x Supers… It will be really long ‘cause Gene is kinda passive brawler (unlike annoying Tick). And the main problem is conception of his HC. Even if don’t talk about aim, will it really be good to pull two or three brawlers at the same time? For me it’s even more useless than Tick’s HC (his head at least will do more damage). So for now still *mid B-tier*
*Max* : I am not impressed by speed buff for all teammates but with extra Super charging it can be really good. Remember Crazy Raccoon’s ‘Sandy + Max’ strategy? Imagine this duo after update… *B-tier -> top B-tier* (maybe even bottom A-tier).
*Nita* : She will be definitely better than now, especially in Heist. So *C-tier -> top B-tier*
*Nani* : Poor Nani… *S-tier -> mid A-tier* . This damage nerf won’t kill her but she definitely will fall off. But I’m glad ‘cause this beach will not anymore one-shot my Brock.
*Piper* : WOW! 3% damage nerf… For minimum range… For Piper… Considering that Piper is close-range, this is easily *S-tier -> F-tier*
*Willow* : WOW (the real one)! Devs finally confirmed that my wifu exists (I’m not mind-controlled, she is fr one of my mains). It makes me happy. I feel that obsession buff is really impactful for this brawler but I don’t actually believe that her tier will be upgraded. *bottom B-tier -> mid B-tier*
*Chuck* : This is what I call a HUGE buff for this brawler. Chuck will become not only H/H (Heist/ Hot Zone) brawler. I don’t think that he will be op but at least *C-tier -> bottom A-tier/ top B-tier*
*Crow* : Well.. It will definitely make his HC much better but there is a problem: Crow kinda sucks now. His most comfortable mode right now is Heist (just jump on safe), and this rework won’t make a big impact on Heist. Still *mid C-tier*
*Belle* : Dunno, dunno. It’s hard to say right know, we need wait for new HCs release. But I don’t really believe that this nerf will change something ‘cause Belle is op not ‘cause of her HC. Still *S-tier* (maybe bottom of this tier)
*Hank* : Hank… Brawler who truly deserves a nerf… But with this rework and the fact that healing is Hank’s weakness, I believe it will *F-tier -> D-tier* . But Spen said right: firstly you need to charge your Super. So… I don’t expect much.
*Angelo & Melodie* : I combine these two ‘cause they both will receive impactful nerf… and both still will be *S-tier* . They just won’t be so dumb and broken as before.
*Kit* : I think poor kitty finally will do stuff. It’s decent buff for him. Yeah, gadget will be nerfed but please, remember that Kit isn’t assassin. His damage buff is still good. *D-tier -> bottom B-tier*
*Cord* : A little damage nerf. Still *S-tier*
*Spike* : A little damage nerf. Still *A-tier*
*Charlie* : Finally she won’t be S-tier. But don’t think that these nerfs kill her, she will still be meta ‘cause of Super. *S-tier -> top A-tier*
*Janet* : Huge buff but will it really work? It is still easy to dodge her Super’s bombs. Maybe *D-tier -> bottom C-tier* but honestly… I don’t think so.
*Mr P* : Good but strange buff. Mr P’s porters were already annoying. His main weakness is absolute helplessness against aggressive brawlers. Even freaking MORTIS can defeat Mr P. So… still *C-tier*
*Mortis* : Oh yeah, Morgue guy. Buff is good but again: will it really do something? I doubt but we will see it after update. For now still *D-tier*
*Rosa* : It’s decent buff. I think with its Rosa will *C-tier -> bottom B-tier*
*Barley* : Everybody thinks that Hank nerf is a mockery but what is really a mockery is Barley ‘buff’. Bro is the worst thrower right now. He is outclassed by every his thrower-bro, and a small damage buff WON’T change this, especially ‘cause of Twins who are fr just Barley but cooler and with pocket Shelly. I think the only way to revive Barley is to make his puddles do 3 hits instead of 2 with different damage (1st hit - 1600, 2nd and 3rd - 1400). It will make him more control than now and maybe he will be competitive. But for now… Still *D-tier*

In conclusion, if you can’t say what style of playing you like more, you should pick Sandy. As I said, he is already strong brawler… who will receive a strong HC. He definitely will be in meta.
They should rework Chester’s sneak peek star power and make it a permanent part of his kit

Quick math lesson. When Mr.P's spawners have an increased movement speed from 800 to 1000, that's an increase of 25%, not 20%.

Its based on their movement speed, so brawlers like Belle, Spike, and Colt get 26%, tank bralwers (typically with Fast movement speed) like Bull and some other brawlers like Shelly and Fang get 25%, and very fast brawlers like Edgar and Leon get 24%.
So based on that logic, brawlers like Surge, Bonnie, and 8-Bit should be getting a 27-28% movement speed boost when their hypercharges release

Since going from 20% to 100% damage takes more than going from 23% to 100% it means her other damage points are slightly less than before

I love this season’s ranked map poll: hideout and shooting stars are good, beach ball and center stage is ok, gemgrab is overall pretty good, hot potato and kaboom canyon is in rotation which is great (I really didn’t like pit stop), hot zone is ok and knockout is great as always

for mr. p's super, 1000 movement speed is higher than every brawler (I think, I'm not entirely sure), meaning its spawn will outrun every brawler in the game..

It's great that SC actually gave brawlers some meaningful changes and I can't wait to see how they will affect the meta. Here are my starting thoughts.
Gus - I was hoping for a small damage buff and a buff/rework to his spirits as well, but I think this is a pretty good change for him. The reason Gus has been meta in the past was bc of his Kooky Popper Gadget knockback and this change will allow him to deal with assasins better, so he will improve a good amount overall. ✅D-Tier to B-Tier
Mr P - Mr P's role is to counter sharpshooters and throwers such as Piper and Dynamike, and this change will help him do that more effectively. Since he is already one of the best counters to Angelo, I think he could be a nice counter pick in this meta. ✅C-Tier to B-Tier
Mortis - Mortis is a good counter pick to sharpshooters and throwers, and his dashing mechanic can allow him to cover a lot of distance. This change actually effects a lot of interactions and it is a pretty major damage buff, so I expect him to be a solid counter pick in this meta on certain maps, similar to Mr P. ✅C-Tier to low B-Tier
Willow - I would have just liked a Super width buff as that would make her a lot better in the meta and it would allow you to get more value out of her Super. However, these buffs are pretty impactful I think. Her Love is Blind Star Power was already kind of underrated, but this buff allows you to pressure enemies better. Her Obsession Star Power was not that great before, but this buff is also really good and will allow you to get a lot of value out of your Super if you hit an enemy with it. ✅high C-Tier to B-Tier
Barley - Larry and Lawrie is no longer S-tier, but they definitely still outclass Barley. The problem with Barley is that there are just better options and I think this is still the case. The damage buff is nice, but he needs more than just that. I would buff his Super projectile speed and maybe even make his slow Gadget deal damage per second as well. He might be slightly better with this change, but not by too much. ✅low C-Tier to mid/high C-Tier
Rosa - This is a decent buff, but SC didn't buff her charge rate as much as some other brawlers like Crow and Charlie. She should be better now, but she won't make a huge comeback. ✅high C-Tier to low/mid B-Tier
Janet - I would have buffed her main attack instead. She should have definitely gotten either a small damage buff, focus time buff, or/and reload speed buff instead. This buff is alright, but I don't think it's going to make a HUGE impact. ✅D-Tier to low C-Tier
Angelo - Yes, this nerf was necessary and I agree that it will tone him down a fair bit. Unfortunately, I don't think it was enough. Angelo still has a Very Fast movement speed and he still takes only 2 fully charged hits to get his Super. They should have nerfed one of those things or his health as well. For now, he is still very good. ✅high S-Tier to low S-Tier
Charlie - These nerfs are impactful, but I would have gone with a nerf to the amount of health her Cocoon and Spiders Gadget have instead, since those are two things that makes her so annoying to deal with. Even though her main attack range and Super charge rate are getting nerfed a fair bit, she still has her OP Super. ❌S-Tier to mid/low A-Tier
Piper - Honestly, this nerf is fairly good, but I would have nerfed her max damage as well. This nerf will make it so she can't deal with assassins as well as before, even with her Auto-Aimer Gadget, but it honestly shouldn't hurt her too much. ❌high A-tier to mid A-Tier
Nani - This is a HUGE damage nerf and it will change a lot of interactions. I know Nani was really strong in Knockout and Bounty, but this was overdoing it. She will still be good, but definitely not nearly as strong. ❌S-Tier to low A-tier/high B-Tier
Cordelius - SC should have at least nerfed his damage by around 6% or nerfed his reload speed, but instead they only gave him a small damage buff. The Super charge rate nerf will be more impactful, but it still won’t be enough. ❌S-Tier to low S-Tier
Spike - Spike was honestly kind of overrated before, but this damage nerf helps a bit. I guess the Gadget nerf will make him SLIGHTLY worse in Heist. ❌high A-Tier to mid A-Tier
Belle - Belle is already pretty good as a brawler, but the HC stat buffs are what makes her really strong, so this nerf is perfect for toning her down. ❌S-Tier to high A-Tier
Melodie - These are the exact nerfs I wanted, and I think they are just what she needs rn. Melodie has potential to be really strong, but she has a high skill cap, so like Buster, SC has to be careful about nerfing her. Her main issues were that her Gadget made her too tanky while her Star Power made her too fast, so this should fix that. ❌S-Tier to high A-Tier
Crow - This is a good buff, but I don't think it will impact him too much. Crow is decent in other game modes, but his main game mode is Heist and this change doesn't actually affect anything in Heist, so it will only help a bit. Maybe ✅mid C-Tier to high C-Tier
Kit - This is a big damage buff, and his Carboard Box Gadget was honestly just way too good and he was too reliant on it. Even though the Gadget nerf will hurt him a bit, the damage buff definitely makes up for it. ✅C-Tier to mid/high B-Tier
R-T - R-T was already making a comeback, but this rework turns the WORST Gadget into one of the best. R-T could easily become a lot better just bc of this Gadget, and it completely changes the way he can be played. For now, ✅B-Tier to low A-Tier
Hank - Hank definitely needs a rework, and this buff won't be enough for him. The healing is nice, but combined with the fact that is health is getting nerfed, it won't be enough. So unfortunately, ✅F-Tier to D-Tier
Chuck rework is interesting, so we'll have to see. Also, no Frank or Chester buff is sad.
After giving it some thought, I think the Chuck rework will actually make a major impact for him and make him a lot versatile. He should go from C-tier to around high B-tier, though it could potentially make an even bigger impact.

Chester is my favourite brawler but is indeed underwhelming How would I balance Chester.
First: I would remove bell’o’mania (how he is now is he’s unplayable without it and horrible with it. Making him good with bell’o’mania means he’s bad without it and making him good without it makes him overpowered with bell’o’mania. It’s an absolute headache to balance and making it in his default kit would permanently lock him in an all or nothing close rang brawler.)
Second: I’d buff his damage from 1280 too 1600 (with bell’o’mania’s removal Chester will always throw 6 bells in a three ammo burst regardless of stage is bells are in making his burst constantly. 9600 instead of varying from 7680-11520)
Third: some changes to his supers.
Strong mint : I would reduce the duration from 3 seconds to 2 seconds but make it burst heal for 1600 (this change wouldn’t impact the amount of healing just the rate at which you are healed since it is a super it should not have a delay like gadgets do)
Hard candy: i would make the stun last longer the farther it goes 1 second at close range and 2 seconds at maximum range. (I’m making this change because just increasing the stun makes it oppressing at close range. This change aims to make Chester have more time to do damage at further range since the projectile is relatively slow you should be rewarded for hitting it at that range)
Pop rocks : I would give it a throw range similar to headfirst (ticks super) ( this change aims to make you have a bit more wiggle room in where you can place it without overextending)
His other 2 supers are fine as they are so no changes needed
Since bell’o’mania removal. Some star power ideas
First idea: when Chester defeats a brawler he instantly gains 100% of
His ammo(do to Chester’s slow reload speed this would make his sustain stronger and less prone to attack after a full burst)
Second idea: Chester unloads his attacks 100% faster when in a bush.( this for players who like to surprise there enemy’s wile in side Bushes and give there enemies less time to retaliate)
As for sneak peak I would make it apply to his gadgets ( this buff is the player don’t like the randomness of his kit and give them more control over their game )
Quick summary
All these changes aim to make Chester a more consistent medium range brawler instead of an all or nothing close range brawler. Bell’o’mania is just unhealthy for him and removing it makes balance changes easier to make in the future
Chester is also my favourite but bro 1600 dmg is insane thats too much, and him throwing 6 bells all the time is just crazy 💀

True but Chester was made as a mid range brawler but was nerfed because of bell’o’mania to be good at one thing close range burst. Since the changes I’m suggesting make him better at mid range and worse at close range giving the burst he has now would make him too oppressive

Ranked changes: remove power 9 minimum for picking(or make it so you can swap places with teammates)
Remove varying ranked point amounts or make the difference very small(this mechanic makes solo pushing impossible unless you get lucky or you are way too good)

Very fast brawlers are 820, so it went from being slightly slower than them to being slightly faster.

None the less, now with 1,000 speed, it can outrun every brawler (Without speed buffs and other abilities)
