Dark patches on my sony tv x8000h 55 inch.they are not going by cleaning with cloth.they may be dead pixels. I have taken 4 years extended warranty of reliance (resq).I informed to them.will they able to remove the dark patches by repair or whole panel to be changed.what is the solution.
Dark patches are not dead pixel, it is dirty screen effect which varies from one unit to another. You should have gone for replacement initially at the time of purchase. I don't think, now, the company will acknowledge it as a defect. They might say that it is normal.

Madam on seeing ur review I purchased shinco les 50 inches TV on 2019 with extended warranty ie 1+2years now I am facing backlight problem will the company replace the backlight with free of cost as have extended warranty but the service center is not responding madam what to do now
Backlight bleeding is only considered when you are unable to see the dark scenes due to cluding. Send me the picture of you TV during a dark scene to ascertain whether it is light bleeding or not.
