I would think that Leicester’s problems were more with their defence than with putting attacks together. Rodgers wouldn’t pick Soyuncu nor Amertey and has relegated Vastergaard to lower competition because they all had a falling out with him. And the guys he played instead struggled to coordinate and keep up with Rodgers’ high defensive line. Especially Harry Souttar.

Why Rodgers kept benching Iheanacho keeps amazing me. May be because he is a black man.
He also kept benching Soyuncu and Amerty. And who did he play instead? Harry Souttar who was totally unsuited to his high defensive line.
Maybe you’re on to something. Because Amerty is Ghanaian and Soyuncu is a Turk, while Souttar is a pasty white Scot.
Maybe kept on thinking some more relevant or at least stop playing the victim card even to those against pro players who had none to do with any sort of race..

& to ans ur Q...Brendan mainly using a 442 formation which led him decide to choose rather Vardy or Kelechi..Id pretty much prefer Vardy and im pretty sure tons would agree with me..
He usually tends to play 2 CM and 1 left and right winger and Madisson usually plays at CAM then followed by either one of Vardy or Iheanacho...
Lets say if hes using a 442 formation,then we have a high chance of seeing Vardy and Kelechi playing alongside each other,but were just a fans who knows no better than these actual coach and hence ive always admired and respect their decision on selecting any players since they know what they doing..
Leicester need to work on their midfield and defence.. They get scored easily. Defence has cost them alot. Midfield also doest feed strikers good balls....
