    I had biofeedback - very similar to this - control a computer with my mind, way back in the 80s - and it helped a lot even to this day, decades later. Never had medication. Perfect? No. But helps manage daily.

    Neurofeedback WORKS! But ONLY work with a clinic/tech who does a brain map. Don't waste your time and money on anything less.

    • @ccelms6581
      @ccelms6581 Před 2 lety +1

      A brain map will show WHERE the problem is, how bad it is, the brainwaves that need adjustments… etc. Without a brainmap, it’s all a guessing game. It maaaay work, but it’s highly probable that it will not.

    Neurofeedback is a sham and does not work for adhd. It helped my anxiety a lot, and that was about it. $2,500 and 20 sessions. Medication is the only real solution for the time being.
