Rivers Don't have a property,
They can sue or can be sued,
They can't enter a contract,

Hi regarding the animals legal personality, you can be sued under prevention of cruelty against animals act, 1960, not because the rights of the owner of the animal has been violated, that is wrong. whereas i can also file a case against you if i see you kick a stray dog, but here the other aspect is you cannot sue an animal if it bites you
