Nice dive in from THE favorite Austin Realtor!!! :)
Eileen is the best!
Love this video with specific neighborhoods! Austin is so spread out it’s really hard to know which neighborhoods are best.
You’re welcome! I hope it helps!
Im at Parkside on the River and love it (minus the quarry shakes)
Thanks for the great video. For 1M budget, where would you recommend to live (within 30 mins of driving to Austin centre)?
I would live where I live near dripping springs. It depends on what you’re wanting. Feel free to reach out.
Liberty Hill!
Nice!!!
We just got a rental in Onion Creek. We like the south Austin area. Just couldn’t justify paying for cherry creek/circle c area. Now we will be very close to Kyle and still only 15 - 20 from downtown
Do you like Kyle?
@@JeremyAKnight we have only spent time in Buda for Valentina’s Tex Mex haha. Haven’t spent much time in Kyle, but probably will be going to that Costco, the one off William Cannon is packed.
@@rahulcool7270 I haven’t been to that costco yet! That was years in the making!
For a family relocating from West Africa with a budget around $500k , where would you advice
There are a lot of factors we go through with our clients on deciding where to move to. Price is only one component. Kyle or Georgetown are good starts.
The work commute in and out of downtown Austin from Georgetown, Leander and LH is getting brutal and will only get worse. Even paying pricey tolls during rush hour doesn’t help that much. If you don’t have to get into DT then yes, they’re great!
Travisso!!!
Haha!
haha great video Jeremy!
Kyle FTW!
🤩
What about Pflugerville???
Didn’t make the top 5 list!
@JeremyAKnight it's because pflugervillle is so great it's in a class of it's own. #Copium
