    *Allah Said:*
Verily, We have sent it (this Qur'an) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree).
And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is?
The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, i.e. 83 years and 4 months).
Therein descend the angels and the Ruh [Jibril (Gabril)] by Allah's Permission with all Decrees,
(All that night), there is Peace (and Goodness from Allah to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn.
    *Qur'an Surah 97.*
*Translated by, Al-Hilali and Muhsin Khan, ( The Noble Qur'an ).*

An important thing to note is that the fact that the last ten nights _include_ laylatul qadr is only an _added_ benefit to the benefits of the last ten nights, but it's not the only reason for their virtue. The last ten nights in and of themselves are virtuous and the laylatul qadr is an _added_ virtue to them. This is an interesting fact mentioned by the Sheikh Abdus Salam al Shuwayir

You can pray at home when you come home. Go to bed earlt and wake up an hour or two before Fajr time so you could pray and make dua inshaAllah. Yes in these 10 nights we have to sacrifice some sleep hours and thats ok because its worth it. Its only 10 nights, there is no guarantee that we will see the next Ramadan.

Brother Saajid beware islamqa belongs to salih al munajjid, who is a well known qutbi (praises the books of soemone who insulted prophet musa and sulayman). He has been refuted by other scholars. He is soemone who called for the syrian revolution (how will he meet Allah after what leading many to go there?) May Allah bless you

The site is not solely run by Shaykh Muhammad Salih al-Munajjid. Also, the site gives fatwas with evidences and follows the methodology of ahl Al Hadith/salaffiyah and is reliable and is recommended by many scholars.
Also, laymen like us are not to make tabdee' on people let alone a scholar who has mistakes. May Allah forgive Shaykh al Munajjid for his shortcomings and guide us all to the right path on the correct methodology ameen.

Saajid I love you for the sake of Allah, are you able to research if the Hadith you shared is sahih? I’ve seen articles saying it is and it isn’t.
‘Abdullâh ibn Buraydah narrated from ‘Â’ishah that she said:
O Messenger of Allâh, what do you think I should say in my Du’â’ if I come upon Laylatul-Qadr? He ‎ﷺ said: “Say, O Allâh, indeed you are forgiving, you love forgiveness, so forgive me.”
‎[اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عني]
This Hadîth is weak, as ibn Buraydah did not hear from ‘Â’ishah, as mentioned by Imâm ad-Dâraqutnî, and al-Bayhaqî.
It was weakened by Sulaymân al-‘Alwân, Abû ‘Alî al-Hasanî, ‘Abdullâh as-Sa’d, Abû ‘Abdur-Rahmân al-Urdunî, Khâlid al-Hâyak, Mâhir al-Fahl, Mustafâ al-‘Adawî, ‘Abdul ‘Azîz at-Tarîfî, Muqbil al-Wâdi’î and others.
