    I don't need one. I don't know what I'd do with one. I have too many underused vintage computers. But your relentless, exuberant, and numerous videos about these pocket computers and your affinity for them is slowly convincing me I want one. You are part of the problem with social media. Hypnotizing the viewer to shape our minds to your will. 😉

      So, you're saying I'm a bad influence :)

    Jeff, I love how you put stickers on, such a dad thing! Great video.

      The two joysticks we had for the C64 on Martin Road still have the stickers Dad put on them :)

    I restored a PC-4. The display is on the dim side but still usable. Great series here, enjoying it a lot.

    Nice work! It's unlikely that I'll be working on this kind of machines, but thanks for letting us know what's available for keeping them in good shape :)

    You know that look Wile Coyote had when he realized he was about to drop from a cliff or get blown up? Multiply that X10 and that's how I felt all the way through! Well done Jeff!

    Very nice video Jeff. Amazed at your skills with such minimalistic Tandy !!. Congrats.

      These are much easier to work on than a modern smart phone or laptop :)

    Hey Jeff, I never imagined that it was possible to build an LCD outside of a factory. This guy making the PC-3 screens... what's the chance of him making some for the Model-T laptops?

    • @HeyBirt
      @HeyBirt  Před rokem

      He is not building them himself. He designed the layout of the pixels and annunciators and an LCD factory in China produces the LCD. The size of the M100 type LCDs would likely make them very expensive, more expensive than a working M100.

      @@HeyBirt Too bad. A hundred bucks would be acceptable for a brand new replacement screen, but two hundred would be too much ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Hey quick question if anyone can help me out how much does a sharp pc 1261 cost nowadays? Trying to buy one but cant find one for sale anywhere.
