Hey! Do u know which video you talked about your breastfeeding journey? I am also struggling too now and if u had any tips or tricks that would be so great ❤
I didn’t go into to much detail in the video but it was the night time routine w/ my newborn! The first 3ish months are the hardest but if you push through it gets so much easier🥺!! If baby isn’t latching properly make sure to pump to keep your milk supply up, you can try things like a nipple shield that helps some people!! trying different positions with breastfeeding and doing skin to skin with baby while bf in the beginning especially is so helpful!!
